Accelerate3D, with a $6 million valuation cap, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company is using its patent-pending technology to build the future of on-demand manufacturing through 3D printing. The machine has the ability to print delivery drones, security robots, and robots used in warehouses and construction. Riley Knox founded Accelerate3D in January 2018. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding raise, with a minimum goal of $200,000 and a maximum goal of $1,070,000, will target pilot micro-factory setup, hardware and software development, future IP filings, and the first service-ready 3D printer. Accelerate3D is bringing affordable and accessible manufacturing back to the US. The product has received rave reviews from pilot customers, including Braden Reiber.
