Cityzenith, with a valuation cap of $12 million, is raising funds on Republic. It is a platform that can be used to create virtual replicas of physical buildings and covers the complete lifecycle of the building from design to operations. Cityzenith uses an innovative technology called digital twinning to create the 3D replicas. The company was founded by Michael Jansen in 2009 and has raised over $6 million in previous rounds of funding. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum raise of $25,000 and a maximum raise of $1,070,000, will be used to improve the profitability of Cityzenith. The company already has reputed customers including JLL, Cushman & Wakefield, and Prologis, and has global projects under contract in the US, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
