WeLivv

WeLivv, a new way to shop for furniture and home fixtures online with a valuation cap of $20 million, is raising funds on Republic. The startups concept represents a ‘marriage’ of commerce and content by allowing e-commerce shoppers the chance to view 40,000 products from 8,000 designers across 4 million curated photos.

Modern shoppers often get home-design ideas from applications like Pinterest and publications like Architectural Digest but both sources leave much to be desired when it comes to accurately identifying and pricing desired home fixtures. WeLivv was founded by Andrew Christodoulides, a two-time entrepreneurial veteran, in 2017. The company’s current crowdfunding round has minimum funding goal of $25,000 and a maximum goal of $107,000 with proceeds going to the official launch of the fully-built product platform. Once complete, consumers will have an all-knew, innovative way to search for and purchase home furniture and fixtures.

The timing couldn’t be better as the demand for craft-made, original spirits has ballooned and is expected to reach $80B by 2025. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum investment of $250. The round itself has a minimum raise of $10,000 and a maximum of $1,000,000. Proceeds will be used to fund the company’s new U.S.-based global sales and distribution operations. Once operations are up and running the premium spirits market will have a new hand-crafted option to offer consumers.
