dexFreight, with a pre-money valuation of $30.1 million, is raising crowdfunding on StartEngine. The company has developed a market network for freight companies to handle shipments from booking to payment using smart contracts. The platform connects freight brokers, carriers, shippers, and other members of the supply chain. Jim Handoush, Rajat Rajbhandari, Hector Hernandez, Adrian Giannini, and Ricardo Escobar founded dexFreight in October 2018. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum raise of $9,999.60 and a maximum raise of $1,069,992.30, and the funds will be used towards dexTour release, development of the MVP of logistics protocol testnet, and expansion to Latin America. dexFreight has over 2,700 companies in its network and has posted 17 million shipments in 2021.
