Farthest Star Sake, an upcoming sake brewery and taproom in Medfield, MA, is raising funds on MainVest. The brewery will be one of its kind in New England. It will launch traditionally filtered and cloudy sake styles, in addition to the fun atmosphere and engagement in the taproom. Todd Bellomy founded Farthest Star Sake in 2019. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum raise of $100,000 and a maximum raise of $150,000, will be used for leasehold improvements, equipment, and inventory. Farthest Star Sake will inherently be different due to its uniqueness and local brand affinity. The local sake brand is expected to draw a lot of customers and strong supporters.
