Florida Cane Distillery, with a $10 million valuation cap, is raising funds on Wefunder. The micro-distillery makes and sells Florida Cane Vodka, El Encanto Rum, Tamiami Gin, and Red Drum Whiskey. The products are made using local produce from Florida and bottled and packaged in American glass. Florida Cane Distillery is owned by Lee Nelson and Pat O’Brien and raised over $290,000 since its founding. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum target of $320,000 and a maximum target of $800,000, will be used for refinancing the existing high-interest debt, increasing sales staff, and locating and establishing a second distillery and tasting room. The products of Florida Cane Distillery nationally-recognized and sold in over 100 restaurants, liquor stores, amusement parks, and supermarkets.
