Goblin Sushi offers over 12 types of sushi and has its own delivery system. Jin Cha and Jo Cho founded Goblin Sushi in November 2018. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $50,000 and a maximum target of $160,000, and the proceeds will be used towards the cost of building a second location, repair and remodeling of the first location, hiring an apprentice sushi chef for training, and putting signs on the first and second locations.
