Hotelier, with a pre-money valuation of $12.5 million, is raising crowdfunding on Wefunder. It is the first crowdsourced hotel fund management company. It finds hotel deals and uses equity crowdfunding to invest in tourism locations. The company receives fees for fund management and asset management. Nathan Kivi founded Hotelier in September 2020. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum target of $100,001 and a maximum target of $1,070,000, will be used towards digital marketing, PR, and social media, building out the team, and technology, audit, and accounting. Hotelier is soon to launch a new hotel brand and will allow investors to become a part of the hospitality revolution.
