Jetson AI, with a pre-money valuation of $20 million, is raising crowdfunding on MicroVentures through Reg A+ crowdfunding. It is a voice-first software and marketplace, with over 9,800 merchants and more than 1.1 million products. The SaaS platform aims to upgrade the speaker and voice-assistant experience with greater intelligence. Peter Peng founded Jetson AI in 2017 and has raised over $2.55 million in previous rounds of funding. The current funding campaign has no minimum raise and a maximum raise of $5,000,000. The proceeds will be used for payroll expenses, marketing expenses, and working capital. Jetson AI works as a joint venture with Think Acquisition, a government technology acquisition firm.
