Goddard Medical Services

Goddard Medical Services, a medical center in Jeffersonville, IN, is raising funds on MainVest. It is a nurse practitioner owned medical center with diversified revenues sources. Goddard Medical Services subcontracts to an Internal Medicine practice and for chronic care management services for independent practices. Goddard Medical Services was founded by Sean Goddard, a patient-centered provider and a strong entrepreneur. The current round of crowdfunding has a minimum target of $20,000 and a maximum target of $50,000, and the funds will be used to open a brick and mortar location and expand revenue streams. Goddard Medical Services has a proven demand in Indiana and has a fixed income stream from the commission paid by the practices.

College Coaching Network

College Coaching Network, with a post-money valuation of $2.6 million, is raising funds on NetCapital. The company provides mobile counseling and guidance to students looking for scholarships, grants, or endowments. The mobile app of College Coaching Network helps the students through the entire college planning process. College Coaching Network was founded by Claude Harris and Anthony Kozuch in 2016. The proceeds of the current round of crowdfunding, with a minimum goal of $10,000 and a maximum goal of $77,180, will be used for compensation for managers, sales and marketing, office space, office supplies, and virtual app technological development. All_ebt

All_ebt, with a $5 million valuation cap, is raising funds on Republic. The company is working towards democratizing digital economies and aims to allow food stamps to be used online. It uses an end-to-end technology layer that permits food stamp specific checkouts and will also help low-income consumers to budget and manage their monthly food stamps. All_ebt was founded by Aaron Chen and Eli Calderon Morin in March 2019. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum target of $50,000 and a maximum target of $107,000, and the funds will be used to grow the user base. All_ebt has been Y Combinator Hackathon winner and has backing from Facebook and more. The company plans to work on a monthly subscription fee model, in addition to merchant business models and transaction-based models.

CricClubs

CricClubs, with a valuation cap of $12.5 million, is raising funds on Republic. It is a comprehensive platform for cricket league management that offers engagement and organizational and marketplace-related solutions to cricket players. The league management portal of CricClubs includes team and league calendar, match scheduler, and league statistics, and the academy management portal includes attendance tracking, payment management, and program management. CricClubs was founded by Ganesh Nallapareddy in January 2020. The proceeds of the current round of crowdfunding, with a minimum goal of $100,000 and a maximum goal of $1,000,000, will be used to grow the user base and secure more partnerships with leading leagues, cricket organizations, and live stream partners. CricClubs already has over 2 million users in more than 57 countries and has generated over $1 million in revenues to date.

Indy Brand Clothing

Indy Brand Clothing, with a pre-money valuation of $5 million, is raising funds on WeFunder. It is a modern lifestyle clothing brand, mainly inspired by outdoors. The brand promotes a love for adventure and outdoors, and has one-of-a-kind graphics for men, women, and children. Indy Brand Clothing was founded by Mike Sperry, Kelly N Sperry, Ben Campbell, and Courtney Campbell and has raised over $200,000 since its inception. The current round of crowdfunding has a minimum goal of $50,000 and a maximum goal of $499,999, and the funds will be used towards digital marketing, business development, and inventory. Indy Brand Clothing has reported over $4.5 million in sales since 2014, with sales of $1.6 million in 2019 alone. The brand has reported 165% average year-over-year growth in the last five years.

Global Wordsmiths LLC

Global Wordsmiths, a social enterprise in Pittsburgh, PA, is raising funds on Honeycomb Credit. The company provides services including language translation, localization, interpretation, language access consulting, and training to hospitals, healthcare systems, schools, corporates, and municipal governments. The profits generated by Global Wordsmiths are used for social impact initiatives. Global Wordsmiths was founded by Mary Jayne McCullough in 2017. The current crowdfunding round of the company has a minimum goal of $20,000 and a maximum goal of $107,000, and the proceeds will be used to return to normal business operations during the COVID-19 pandemic by paying employee salaries, rent, and employee and general insurance. Next Door Photos was founded by Paul VanderKuyl and Taylor Blom in 2015 and has raised over $1.9 million since its founding.
