InventoryMeApp


Managing all the legal documentation that comes along with home ownership can be a massive hassle. That’s why there’s InventoryMeApp, which is currently raising on TruCrowd. The company is developing a modular, scalable, and comprehensive Inventory Application and 3rd Party Asset Documentation.


InventoryMeApp was founded by Kevin Cope. The current crowdfunding round has raised $500 of a minimum raise of $10,000 and a maximum raise of $1,070,000. The application is filling a critical gap and will allow the growth and modernization of the Home Inventory industry.


Element Farms


Element Farms, with a valuation cap of $1.9 million, is currently raising on WeFunder. The company is using greenhouse technology to grow local and pesticide-free greens through efficient and sustainable methods. As a proof of concept, the company has been growing mass-quantities of Spinach as a flagship product.


The company was founded by Serdar Mizrakci in February 2018. The current crowdfunding round has already raised $65,401 of a minimum raise of $50,000 and a maximum raise of $500,000. Element Farms is the first to produce year-round pesticide-free spinach, with short growth cycle and 24-hour delivery.


Andromeda Interfaces


Andromeda Interfaces, with a post-equity valuation of $4.2 million, is raising on StartEngine. The company is using Human Machine Interfaces to offer safe driving technology and reduce accidents. Andromeda Interfaces was founded in 2015 by Brian Gallagher and Kevin Coelho.


The current crowdfunding round has a minimum raise of $10,000 and a maximum raise of $107,000, of which $5,049 has been raised so far. Andromeda Interfaces has already sold more than 650 HMIs to-date and earned $700,000 in revenues.


TNG Visual Effects


TNG Visual Effects is raising on StartEngine at a post-money valuation of $1.5 million. TNG is a 3D scanning services company serving major studios and filming locations. TNG Visual Effects was launched by Nick Tesi in December 2009.


The current crowdfunding round has only raised $400 of a minimum raise of $10,000 and a maximum raise of $107,000. The company produces high-quality 3D scans that can be used for printing, medical applications, industrial training, and crime scene investigation.


UBIF Tech Solutions


UBIF Tech Solutions is raising on StartEngine at a post-money valuation of $9.3 million. UBIF is a franchisee of uBreakiFix and has the rights to open over 30 stores. The company repairs smartphones, tablets, laptops, computers, drones, and hoverboards.


It was founded by Mike Pierce in April 2018. The current round of crowdfunding has raised $3,670 of a minimum goal of $10,000 and a maximum goal of $948,000. The company has already identified 10 locations in densely-populated areas and has a technology-focused, customer-first approach.


BluCollr


BluCollr, with a post-money valuation of $2.2 million, is raising crowdfunding on StartEngine. It is a specialized social network for employment and assists those earning their living off manual trades and seasonal employment.


BluCollr was founded by Chris Lawrence and Chris Carsten in January 2018. The crowdfunding round has already raised $14,800 of a minimum raise of $10,000 and a maximum raise of $107,000. BluCollr was created by working people for working people.


OuroX


OuroX, with a post-money valuation of $12.6 million, is currently raising on StartEngine. OuroX is a cryptocurrency exchange with a trading platform and a professional user-interface, specifically for Latin America and the Caribbean.


The idea for OuroX was launched in August 2017 by Serge Tjin Wong Joe and Gian Baldew. The current crowdfunding round has already raised $10,222 of a minimum raise of $10,000 and a maximum raise of $107,000. OuroX is well-positioned to benefit from the boom in the FinTech industry.


EscoBoss


EscoBoss, a mobile application for short-term staffing solutions, is raising on StartEngine. EscoBoss was founded by Juliet Andreassian in October 2017. The current round of crowdfunding, with a minimum raise of $10,000 and a maximum raise of $107,000, has not raised funds as of the time of this writing. The company is changing the way how staffing is done, and it anticipates growing to almost all 50 States within the first six months of its launch.


SpongeBath


SpongeBath, with a valuation cap of $5 million, is raising crowdfunding on SeedInvest. The company is developing a cleaning solution to freshen up and clean that most dirtiest of domestic objects: the kitchen sponge. The product is patent-pending.


SpongeBath was founded by Matthew Flannery and Tod Maitland. The current crowdfunding round has already raised $17,000 of a minimum raise of $25,000 and a maximum raise of $500,000. SpongeBath has already sold 40K units and 67K refills and has been successfully launched at Bed Bath & Beyond.


Outpost


Outpost is raising crowdfunding on MicroVentures, with a valuation cap of $7 million. The company offers trade shows and digital marketing services. The offerings include event design, content creation, brand reinvention, and audience building.


Outpost was founded in 2017 by Caleb Morairty and Jeff Wolfe. The current round has a minimum raise of $25,000 and a maximum raise of $107,000, of which only $350 have been raised so far. Outpost had revenues of $750,000 by November 2018, up by 64% over the same period last year.


Federation Brewing


Federation Brewing is raising equity crowdfunding on WeFunder. It is a craft brewery in Oakland, CA and will use this round to open its second taproom. Federation Brewing was founded by Aram Cretan, Larry Cretan, and Matthew Hunter, and has already raised $1.32 million.


The current crowdfunding round has a minimum raise of $50,000 and a maximum raise of $500,000, of which $11,500 have been raised so far. Federation Brewing is on track to produce 1,500 barrels in 2019 and generated an average monthly revenue of $35,000 in 2018.


ChoiceTrade


ChoiceTrade is raising equity crowdfunding on WeFunder, with a pre-money valuation of $35.7 million. It is a FinTech company and an online broker-dealer. It is developing technology for the next generation of global investors.


ChoiceTrade was founded by Neville Golvala and Ronald Buckner. The current crowdfunding round has raised $7,087 so far. ChoiceTrade is registered with the SEC and is already an established enterprise.


Bublish


Bublish is raising crowdfunding on StartEngine. The company is offering a publishing platform to the “authorpreneurs”, with an in-built platform for marketing, branding, and discoverability. Bublish was founded by Kathy Meis in 2014. The current crowdfunding round has raised $3,614 so far. Bublish is a growing, revenue-generating platform, with more than 7,500 users.


HotSpotMe


HotSpotMe is raising on StartEngine. The HotSpotMe mobile application helps the users to convert their phone Wi-Fi to a password-protected hotspot and earn money every time a user logs on.


HotSpotMe was founded by Robert J. Sabharwal in 2015. The current crowdfunding round, with a minimum raise of $10,000 and a maximum raise of $107,000, has raised $3,050 so far. The app hopes to be the “Uber for Routers” and offers advanced security and premium support.


QuiGig


QuiGig, with a valuation cap of $3.5 million, is currently raising on StartEngine. The platform helps people find quick gigs and hire workers for them. It uses blockchain as an incentive to form its own economy. QuiGig was founded by Emad Mousavi. The current crowdfunding round has raised $1,600 so far. The platform is the future of freelancing with all the tools required to run a one-person business.


Ant Bicycle


Ant Bicycle is currently raising crowdfunding on StartEngine. It is an innovative electric transportation sharing platform to provide commuting solutions using bikes, scooters, and e-bikes.


Ant Bicycle was founded by John Gallagher and Tony Zhong in March 2017. The current crowdfunding round has already raised $10,500 of a minimum raise of $10,000 and a maximum raise of $107,000. It has already tested its concept in the Greater Boston area with more than 10,000 active users.


Mitte


Mitte is currently raising crowdfunding on Republic. The company is offering an innovative home water system to purify water and enhance its taste, converting tap water to personalized mineralized water.


Mitte was founded in September 2018 by Faebian Bastiman and has recently received seed funding of $10.6 million. The current crowdfunding round has already raised $18,650. Mitte product will officially launch in 3Q 2019 and brings with it its own proprietary technology.


ActionTrac


ActionTrac is raising equity crowdfunding on MicroVentures, with a valuation cap of $4 million. The company is offering solutions to improve employee engagement, performance, productivity, and business results.


ActionTrac was founded in 2017 by Hal Wendel. The current crowdfunding round, with a minimum raise of $25,000 and a maximum raise of $500,000, has raised $1,725 so far. The users of the platform have increased by 351% since January 2018.


Lettuce Networks


Lettuce Networks, with a valuation cap of $6 million, is raising crowdfunding on StartEngine. The company deals with converting unused urban lands to productive farms, growing produce, packaging it in zero-waste containers, and delivering it locally.


Lettuce Networks was founded by Yogesh Sharma, Hal Roberts, and Ved Prakash in April 2016. The current crowdfunding round, with a minimum raise of $10,000 and a maximum raise of $107,000, has already raised $17,800. Lettuce Networks earned 3 times revenue over nine months prior to October 2018.
