The current round of crowdfunding has a minimum goal of $25,000 and a maximum goal of $1,070,000. Rocket Dollar has already grown its user base to 800, and more than $80 million in assets have been contributed to the platform.

Stareable

Stareable, with a valuation cap of $7 million, is raising funds on Republic. The platform allows users to create video content and attract audiences. Creators get to analyze, tier, and target their content, onboard cast, and crew, engage audiences, and monetize their projects. Stareable fans get to access freemium experiences, along with pairing their free-to-view shows with premium options. Stareable was founded by Ajay Kishore in September 2015 and has raised $700,000 since its founding. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum raise of $25,000 and a maximum raise of $1,070,000, will be used to add new developers and marketing lead to the team, and to hit profitability within the next 18 months. Stareable has generated $120,000 in revenue to date and is expected to reach $750,000 in revenues in 2020.

HelloWoofy.com

HelloWoofy.com, with a valuation cap of $5 million, is raising funds on Republic. The technology at HelloWoofy uses artificial intelligence and data science to personalize social media marketing for the users. The platform helps users to manage different social media networks, organize their campaigns, and make their copywriting more efficient. HelloWoofy.com was founded by Arjun Rai in September 2016 and has raised over $372,000 from investors. The current round of crowdfunding has a minimum target of $200,000 and a maximum target of $1,070,000, and the proceeds will be used towards improving the smart data science technology, expanding the team, and converting the business leads in the pipeline to paid customers. HelloWoofy.com already has over 1,050 customers with 6,000 potential leads. The company generated sales of over $30,000 in Q4 2019, with an average gross margin of more than 75%.

Hoop Tea

Hoop Tea, with a pre-money valuation of $6.5 million, is raising crowdfunding on WeFunder. The company creates tea-based alcoholic beverages for customers focused on clean labels, pure ingredients, and low calories. The products of Hoop Tea are available in various flavors and convenient packagings. Hoop Tea was founded by Danny Robinson in a small brewery in Ocean City, Maryland. The proceeds of the current round of crowdfunding, with a minimum goal of $300,001 and a maximum goal of $1,069,999, will be used to advance funds to the manufacturer Southbound One Inc., to expand the sales and marketing teams, and to purchase quality control equipment. Hoop Tea achieved sales of $1.3 million in a single summer of 2018.

Renu Robotics

 

Renu Robotics, with a valuation cap of $16.5 million, is raising funds on MicroVentures. It is a robotics company that aims to provide autonomous tractors and mowers for solar farm facilities. The autonomous tractor of Renu Robotics, RenuBot, is specifically designed for utility-scale solar farms with low weight, high mobility, and high storage capacity. Renu Robotics was founded by Tim Matus and Michael Eyman and has raised over $575,000 in pre-seed rounds of financing. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum target of $50,000 and a maximum target of $1,070,000, and the funds will be used for marketing, research and development, equipment purchases, travel and patents, and general working capital. Renu Robotics has already sold three RenuBot mowers in December 2019 and has 16 NDAs and seven LOIs in place with solar farms.

 

Mountjoy Sparkling

Mountjoy Sparkling, with a valuation cap of $5.5 million, is raising crowdfunding on MicroVentures. The company manufactures and sells CBD-infused sparkling water in retail stores through distributors. The product of Mountjoy Sparkling combines the health benefits of CBD with pure sparkling water. The company also offers THC-infused beverages in California. Mountjoy Sparkling was founded by Alexander Mountjoy in 2017 and has raised $565,000 since its inception. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum goal of $25,000 and a maximum goal of $107,000, will be used towards manufacturing, research and development, and general marketing. Mountjoy Sparkling sells its product in seven states through 14 distributors and has generated $822,084 in lifetime revenues.

Nuurez, Inc.

Nuurez, with a pre-money valuation of $3.9 million, is raising funds on TruCrowd. The company is disrupting the real estate space by offering novel renting options. Nuurez platform allows users to not only rent residential properties but also list them on Airbnb and similar websites, even though they don’t own the property they are renting out. Thus, Nuurez serves both as an alternative residential solution and an income source. Nuurez was founded by Noelle Randall, a renowned real estate investor and entrepreneur. The current round of crowdfunding has a minimum target of $10,000 and a maximum target of $1,070,000, and the proceeds will be used towards staffing, marketing, product packaging, equipment, and events and travel. Nuurez deploys a simple business model of acquiring control of target properties and then partnering with affiliate investors to make the properties available.

Stay Cool

Stay Cool, with a valuation cap of $4 million, is raising funds on WeFunder. The company manufactures and sells relaxation beverages that help in reducing stress, providing sleep support, improving clarity and well being, and promoting sociability. In addition to the Kava beverages, Stay Cool is soon to introduce CBD products including beverages, edible gummies, calming balm, and pet soft chews. Stay Cool was founded by Tyler Adkins and Steven Wiggins, and has raised over $85,000 since its founding. The proceeds of the current round of crowdfunding, with a minimum goal of $50,000 and a maximum goal of $1,070,000, will be used towards production runs, business development, marketing, and salaries and wages. Stay Cool has partnered with three distributors and has already sold more than 55,000 bottles in over 40 states across the US.

Casa Brasil

Casa Brasil, a new Brazilian home-style restaurant, is raising funds on Honeycomb Credit. The restaurant started as a pop-up and is the first Brazilian restaurant in Pittsburgh. It offers options of dining in, take out, and catering services for delivery or in-house. Casa Brasil is owned by Head Chef Keyla Nogueira Cook and General Manager Timothy Guthrie and was founded in September 2018. The business is debt-free till now. The current round of crowdfunding has a minimum raise of $75,000 and a maximum raise of $90,600, and the proceeds will be used to purchase a liquor license, new bar equipment, and marketing. Casa Brasil has already demonstrated a successful first year of operations with 20% sales growth year-to-date.

Citizen Armor

Citizen Armor, with a pre-money valuation of $8.6 million, is raising funds on Mr. Crowd. The company manufactures and sells lightweight, flexible, and concealed personal protection products. The products of Citizen Armor are developed using a special formula called Nano-Protek and protect people against active shooters. Citizen Armor was founded by Aaron K Gilbert in May 2017.
