Outbound Brewing, with a pre-money valuation of $10 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. The company manufactures and sells non-alcoholic craft beverages, including CBD-infused non-alcoholic craft beer. The beverages of Outbound Brewing allow users to include CBD in their life while abstaining from alcohol. The company was founded by Marty Reed, Lyden Henderson, Greg Haap, and Charlie Reed. The current round of crowdfunding has a minimum target of $9,999 and a maximum target of $1,070,000, and the proceeds will be used to scale the business and enter new markets. The products of Outbound Brewing are healthy, functional, and interesting, without the negative side-effects of alcohol. The company already has six offerings and plans to roll out more shortly. Outbound Brewing has a strong gross profit margin of 39% and expects to continue increasing its revenue by scaling up the business.

Compound: Reach

Compound: Reach, a condominium in the Reach at Brickell City Centre, is raising funds on Republic. The real estate company, Compound, manages beautiful condominiums in many cities of the world. Reach is a 43-story residential condominium located in the heart of Miami. It constitutes 1-bedroom and 1.5-bathroom units and will be rented to generate rental income until it is sold to generate income for investors. Reach is owned by Compound Projects, LLC, and was designed by Arquitectonica in 2016. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum goal of $49,000 and a maximum goal of $250,000. Reach has excellent future prospects as it is located at a central location and has amazing amenities, including hot tubs, heated pools, tropical gardens, fitness center, library, and spa.

Vivoo

Vivoo, with a post-money valuation of $7.5 million, is raising funds on Republic. The company offers personalized wellness and nutrition assistance to its users. It uses urine analysis of users to collect accurate data about the users and provides user-specific wellness information, including how much water to drink and which foods to eat and avoid. Vivoo was founded by Miray Tayfun, Gozde, Ali Atasever, and George Radman in September 2017, and has raised over $1.5 million since its founding. The current round of crowdfunding has a minimum target of $25,000 and a maximum target of $500,000, and the funds will be used to expand the company’s shipping through Amazon and launch a live chat option. Vivoo works through an efficient subscription-based business model and also offers a one-time purchase option. The company has already sold over 30,000 strips and is affiliated with companies like Bayer Pharma and over 50 gyms.

Jane West

Jane West, with a $15 million valuation cap, is raising crowdfunding on Republic. The company offers a variety of cannabis-based products to its users, online and in stores. The catalog of over 30 products of Jane West includes signature travel collection, mini joints, CBD coffee, CBD capsules, glassware, and hemp blends. The company has already partnered with licensed cannabis companies in 10 US states. Jane West was founded by Jane West in March 2016 and has raised over $1.3 million in its seed round of funding. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum goal of $25,000 and a maximum goal of $535,000, and the proceeds will be used to bring new products to the market and meet the distributor demand. Jane West has established itself as a leading cannabis brand, and its products are available at many dispensaries, smoke shops, and stylish boutiques.

Cooks & Farmers

Cooks & Farmers, an American restaurant in Brooklyn, New York, is raising funds on MainVest. The restaurant plans to open a South American Izakaya-style restaurant as its first location. It provides food to the children in Kensington through the USDA Summer Lunch Program. The food of Mango Ba hia includes burgers, home-cooked style foods, and wholesome meals. GenesisAI, with a valuation cap of $7.5 million, is raising funds on WeFunder. The company provides a global AI network to buy and sell artificial intelligence technologies. GenesisAI is a machine learning protocol, in addition to being a marketplace for AI products and services. It is making AI accessible, affordable, and more efficient. GenesisAI was founded by Archil Cheishvili, David Fan, and Mina Pascalito Nassif, and has raised over $374,000 since its inception. The proceeds of the current round of crowdfunding, with a minimum goal of $50,000 and a maximum goal of $107,000, will be used towards product development, business development, operations, cost of marketing, cost of personnel, office space, travel, and logistics. GenesisAI already has a beta product and has agreements with more than 20 AI firms.

Persona

Persona, with a post-money valuation of $5 million, is raising funds on WunderFund. The company assists people to manage their online identity from one place. The technology also allows users to keep themselves safe through end-to-end data encryption, zero-knowledge encryption, and other safety protocols. Persona puts all user accounts in one place, auto-saves new logins, and helps in one-click login. The company was founded by Matthew P. Kerle, Patrick Holler, and Colby Schaeffer in 2015. The current round of crowdfunding of Persona has a minimum target of $50,000 and a maximum target of $438,000, and the funds will be used for marketing, engineering, design and operations management, equipment, and legal and vendor services. Persona plans to capture the B2B market and become the future of identity management. It has already started generating revenue through paid users.

GO Buddha

GO Buddha, a vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free food company, is raising funds on Honeycomb Credit. The company creates and delivers healthy and nutritional meals, using ingredients that increase the bio-availability of nutrient uptake. The menu consists of salads and bowls, and the food is delivered in plastic-free compostable packaging. GO Buddha was founded by Chef Joshua Ingraham in 2019. The current round of crowdfunding has a minimum goal of $25,000 and a maximum goal of $50,000, and the funds will be used towards retail meal development, employing more brand ambassadors, and buying equipment to scale food production. GO Buddha is entering the food market with excellent ideas and projects its sales to reach $169,004 in 2020 and $252,720 in 2021.

WhereBy.Us

WhereBy.Us, with a valuation cap of $15 million, is raising funds on Republic. The platform allows creators to build a content brand for their community. The creators get access to all the tools needed to build a media brand and get to combine these tools with a playbook and network of other creators and publishers. The services of WhereBy.Us include a newsletter builder, an automated website, self-serve advertisements, data & analytics, and user subscriptions. WhereBy.Us was founded by Christopher Sopher, Rebekah Monson, and Bruce Pinchbeck in July 2014, and has raised $2.3 million since its inception. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum raise of $25,000 and a maximum raise of $535,000, and the proceeds will be used to expand the platform to new cities and verticals. WhereBy.Us already generates more than $193,000 in monthly revenue and plans to grow further.

Padlist

Padlist, with a pre-money valuation of $8 million, is raising crowdfunding on SeedInvest. The company combines technology, local experts, and data to create a unique real estate search platform to find and list pads. It connects the landlords and renters in a faster and easier way. Renters can either work with local experts or use Padlist’s artificial intelligence and drone technology to find homes online. Padlist was founded by Blake Van Leer and Lindsay Van Leer in 2017. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum raise of $600,000 and a maximum raise of $2,000,000, will be used towards technology, marketing, advertising, and operations. Padlist has a renter database of more than 85,000 and has signed agreements with over 170 multi-family buildings.

5 Rabbit Pilsen

5 Rabbit Pilsen, a Latin American-inspired brewery, is raising funds on WeFunder. The brewery is planned to open in the Pilsen neighborhood of Chicago and is set to being Latin culture to the US craft beer world. The offerings will also include street food-inspired dishes from across Latin America. 5 Rabbit Pilsen currently operates a brewery in Chicago and brews about 6,000 bbls a year. 5 Rabbit Pilsen was founded by Andres Araya and Milagros Ramirez in 2011 and has won several prestigious awards. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum goal of $250,000 and a maximum goal of $750,000, will be used to open a new brewpub. 5 Rabbit Pilsen has thousands of followers on social media and has been featured in top-rated business publications.

Morning Brew

Morning Brew, a coffee shop in Murfreesboro, TN, is raising funds on MainVest.
