Furry Fortune The Movie

Furry Fortune The Movie, with a valuation of $1.1 million, is raising funds on Republic. It is a family-friendly movie about a dog whose fur turns into money. The movie comes with a sensitive message and is created by an award-winning team. Furry Fortune The Movie is directed and written by Justin Ward, produced by Casey Bond, and composed by Steve Dorff. Smart Soda Holdings is available in 32 flavors and comes first to market with its proprietary soda dispenser designs.

 

CoCo Noir Wine Shop & Bar

CoCo Noir Wine Shop & Bar, an upcoming wine shop and eatery in Oakland, CA, is raising funds on Wefunder. The business is led by women and minority winemakers and sells wine and tapas dishes. It focuses on bringing culture, life, and global experience to wines, foods, and art. Alicia Kidd and Mari Kemp founded CoCo Noir Wine Shop & Bar in February 2020. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum raise of $50,000 and a maximum raise of $107,000. The funds will be used for startup expenses, website design and maintenance, marketing, and in-store supplies. CoCo Noir Wine Shop & Bar is the first business to offer a tech and retail business model for the wine industry and is part of the new economy.

The app empowers citizens, amplifies their voices, and helps them prevent injustice. The people get to protect their civil rights and stay safe using technology. Wa’il Ashshowwaf, Ibrahem AlHaidari, and Berker Hazar founded Reyets in 2017. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum target of $50,000 and a maximum target of $1,070,000, will be used for app development, marketing, hiring, and overhead expenses. Reyets is led by a talented team with a track record. It has high growth potential and high impact potential to solve a pressing problem.

 

Harmony Turbines

Harmony Turbines, with a valuation cap of $2.5 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company makes safe and affordable wind turbines. John Wildman, Jeff Dowell, and Star Faraon founded GolfBoard by Sol Boards in 2013 and have raised over $2.2 million in previous rounds of financing. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum goal of $10,000 and a maximum goal of $250,000. GolfBoard by Sol Boards has already deployed 3,000 units in seven countries. It has over 129,000 registered users and has generated more than $16.5 million in sales.

 

No-H2O

No-H2O, with a $13 million pre-money valuation, is raising funds on StartEngine. The company specializes in on-demand car washes. It uses a proprietary waterless formula and advanced infrastructure to offer its premium products and services to consumers and B2B customers. Emmet O’Brien founded No-H2O in May 2020. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum target of $10,000 and a maximum target of $1,070,000. The funds will be used for marketing, growing the team, and expansion. No-H2O has a proven track record with 20,000 on-demand app downloads and franchise growth in seven new US cities in just 12 months. The company has generated over $6 million in lifetime sales, with year-over-year sales growth of 978% in 2020.

 

Fenwick Farms Brewing Company

Fenwick Farms Brewing Company, a brewery in Rensselaer, IN, is raising funds on MainVest. It is Rensselaer’s first brewery, owned by the people who have been farming the local land for generations. The brewery aims to become farm-to-glass soon. Fenwick Farms Brewing Company is owned by Ron Fenwick, Kenny VanHouten, and Sam Yacko. COI Energy

American Stonecraft, a manufacturer of stone products, is raising funds on MainVest. The company partners with working farms and uses its fresh and sustainable rocks to make food slabs, boulders, and coasters. They also specialize in making products out of stones that customers select, like the stones from their garden, a walk on the beach, or a hike. American Stonecraft was founded by Gerald Croteau. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum goal of $100,000 and a maximum goal of $250,000, will be used to build out a new location and ramp up inventory and marketing capabilities. American Stonecraft turns metamorphic rocks, granite, and marble from the New England geology into glorious products.

 

Lochiel Brewing

Lochiel Brewing, a brewery in Mesa, AZ, is raising funds on MainVest. It is a 10-barrel full-electric brewhouse, with several 7-barrel and 15-barrel fermenters. The brewery produces a range of Scottish-style, strong malt-forward beers. Ian Cameron founded Lochiel Brewing in 2015. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum raise of $50,000 and a maximum raise of $250,000. The funds will be used for purchasing raw material to increase production. Lochiel Brewing has already created a brand recognition for its beers and caters to the Scottish/Irish community in Arizona. The platform carries over 25 vetted brands of clean, intimate care products and is also creating its own line of products. The users can also access expert content from a team of sexologists. Rebecca Alvarez and Julie Leclercq-Argueta founded Bloomi in June 2018. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum target of $25,000 and a maximum target of $1,070,000. The proceeds will be used to hire the core team, expand the marketplace, and launch new products. Bloomi has two revenue streams, including products and content. It makes a 55-75% margin on sales and expects to reach $2.3 million in sales by 2021.

 

ChipBrain

ChipBrain, with a post-money valuation of $3.7 million, is raising crowdfunding on NetCapital. The company has made an emotionally-intelligent sales assistant for sales professionals. The assistant provides real-time feedback on the emotional response of the clients and helps the salespeople understand and communicate better. Lisa Vo, Curtis Northcutt, and John Fanning founded ChipBrain in June 2020. ChipBrain identifies key turning points in conversations and predicts the likelihood of success. Aurochs Brewing Company

Aurochs Brewing Company, a brewery in Pennsylvania and Washington DC, is raising funds on Honeycomb. The brewery makes great-tasting gluten-free craft beer. The beers are brewed with millet, quinoa, and other gluten-free ingredients. They are sold through direct walk-up sales to the tasting rooms or through wholesalers. The SoloQi products emphasize convenience, functionality, style, and elegance. Solo Avital founded SoloQi in February 2019. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $10,000 and a maximum target of $1,070,000. The funds will be used for manufacturing, fulfilling the demand, and boosting marketing. SoloQi became a bestseller at 20 beta stores and generated $117,000 in sales in the first four months of its launch. COMMUNITYx

COMMUNITYx, with a $6.2 million pre-money valuation, is raising funds on StartEngine. It is a coalition-building platform that unites like-minded individuals locally and globally. The algorithms of the COMMUNITYx platform understand what people are passionate about and form real connections between them to bring about real changes. Chloe Sledd founded COMMUNITYx in 2018. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum raise of $9,999 and a maximum raise of $1,069,999.50. COMMUNITYx’s data points — including who people are, where they are, and what they care about — are suitable to bring about positive social and political changes. The platform has quadrupled monthly user growth between June and July of 2020.

 

LockedBrands

LockedBrands, with a $7 million valuation cap, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company makes smart lockbox systems that make households safer by providing secure storage for opioids. The first generation device of LockedBrands, The Pillar, stores medicines and valuables in an app-controlled and voice-activated personal lockbox. The second-generation device, Secure Med Manager, helps in secure storage and dispensing of medicines. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum target of $150,000 and a maximum target of $1,070,000, will be used for marketing, Pillar product development, and detailed design and prototype development of Secure Med Manager. LockedBrands is led by a team of senior tech professionals, doctors, and entrepreneurs and is reaching a huge market.

 

Jetson AI

Jetson AI, with a pre-money valuation of $20 million, is raising crowdfunding on MicroVentures through Reg A+ crowdfunding. It is a voice-first software and marketplace, with over 9,800 merchants and more than 1.1 million products. The SaaS platform aims to upgrade the speaker and voice-assistant experience with greater intelligence. Peter Peng founded Jetson AI in 2017 and has raised over $2.55 million in previous rounds of funding. The current funding campaign has no minimum raise and a maximum raise of $5,000,000. The proceeds will be used for payroll expenses, marketing expenses, and working capital. Jetson AI works as a joint venture with Think Acquisition, a government technology acquisition firm.
