Berylline

Berylline, with a post-money valuation of $8.77 million, is raising funds on NetCapital. It is a manufacturing and technology company that makes electric and small-engine hybrid driving systems for personal transportation. The offerings of Berylline include F2A (a hybrid 3-wheel scooter), Berylline Breeze (a hybrid 3-wheel electric scooter), and a hybrid golf cart. Dennis Dresser founded Berylline in 2011 and raised over $200,000 in the previous round of financing on NetCapital. The current round of crowdfunding has a minimum target of $10,000 and a maximum target of $534,998, and the proceeds will be used for new product development, operations, and marketing. Berylline products are targeting the retired people and leisure markets.

 

AphriHelios Global

AphriHelios Global, with a pre-money valuation of $18.56 million, is raising crowdfunding on Fundanna. The company aims to become a vertically integrated medicinal cannabis company by leveraging Lesotho’s low-cost production advantage. It will cultivate cannabis in Africa due to the warm climate, rich soil, and agricultural expertise in the country. Darin E. Hickman founded AphriHelios Global in July 2020. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum raise of $10,000 and a maximum raise of $107,000, will be used for sales and marketing, license renewal, site concept and design, events and travel, and general operating expenses. AphriHelios Global is led by a highly experienced management team and has received the initial Lesotho license for cannabis cultivation.

 

Maleek Jackson Fitness Boxing Gym

Maleek Jackson Fitness Boxing Gym, a boxing gym in Philadelphia, PA, is raising crowdfunding on MainVest. The gym is working for the Philadelphia School District and creating 15 beginner-level virtual boxing programs for them. It is focused on the health of the community and boxing education. Maleek Jackson founded Maleek Jackson Fitness Boxing Gym in 2017. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum target of $10,000 and a maximum target of $245,000, will be used to expand and purchase new equipment. Maleek Jackson Fitness Boxing Gym is building a prototype based on boxing education, virtual reality, and body activation.

 

Airo Capital Management

Airo Capital Management, with a pre-money valuation of $1 million, is raising funds on FundMe. The company offers diversified investment opportunities to investors in qualified opportunity zones. The investors benefit from the temporary deferral of capital gains. Frederic Richardson founded Airo Capital Management in 2018. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum raise of $10,000 and a maximum raise of $245,000, will be used towards R&D, marketing, attorney fees, accountant fees, and working capital. Airo Capital Management has a large development project in the CBD of Baltimore and offers its services directly to investors.

 

ProviderActive

ProviderActive, a SaaS solution for healthcare payers, is raising funds on FundMe. The platform connects medical and health insurance services and transforms managed care into a dynamic business. Markus Toffe founded ProviderActive in 2018. The current round of crowdfunding has a minimum target of $50,000 and a maximum target of $1,070,000. The funds will be used to continue the development of its Platform-as-a-Service and Software-as-a-Service platforms, increase sales and marketing efforts, and fund general working capital. ProviderActive works towards eliminating wait time for approval, denied claims, surprise healthcare bills, and confusing healthcare coverage.

 

ASTRALABS

ASTRALABS, with a pre-money valuation of $69.3 million, is raising crowdfunding on Wefunder. The company is building the infrastructure for the startup and investor ecosystem. As a venture studio, it helps founders build their teams from the ground up and utilize their technology to develop and scale quickly. Andrew Ryan founded ASTRALABS in 2016 and has raised over $4.3 million since the inception. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding raise, with a minimum target of $100,001 and a maximum target of $534,999, will be used for marketing, advertising, technology development, and revenue-generating activities. ASTRALABS has a global startup portfolio of over $100 million across 20 verticals and 35 countries.

 

Debellation Brewing Company

Debellation Brewing Co., an upcoming brewery in Richmond Hill, GA, is raising crowdfunding on MainVest. It is going to be the first craft beer brewery in the city of Richmond Hill, offering new styles and flavors of the beer. The brewery will make twelve unique flavors of premium craft beer using high-quality raw material. David Goodell founded Debellation Brewing Co. in 2019. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum raise of $15,000 and a maximum raise of $20,000, will be used for brewery buildout and startup capital. Debellation Brewing Co. is led by an extremely experienced team with prior knowledge of restaurant ownership. The brewery will be built at a prime location and among a community of loyal customers.

 

Cherrish

Cherrish, with a valuation cap of $25 million, is raising crowdfunding on Republic. The company makes 100% natural cherry juice from Montmorency and Bing cherries. Cherrish juice does not contain any sugars, filters, or additives and has a low glycemic index. The juice is high in antioxidants and helps to fight inflammation. Daniel Haggart founded Cherrish in October 2012. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum goal of $25,000 and a maximum goal of $1,070,000, will be used to launch new products and help in large scale distribution. Cherrish reported $2 million in sales in 2020 and expects to generate $25 million by the end of 2023. Cherrish juice is available in over 2,300 stores across the US and sells at a gross margin of 42% in stores and 47% online.

 

FCF- Wild Aces

FCF- Wild Aces, with a valuation of $7.5 million, is raising funds on Republic. Wild Aces is one of the teams of Fan Controlled Football, the form of entertainment that allows fans to control real-time play calls, jersey designs, and just about everything. FCF- Wild Aces is owned by internet celebrity and comedian Greg Miller and NFL running back Austin Ekeler. Sohrob Farudi, Ray Austin, Grant Cohen, and Patrick Dees founded FCF in September 2020. The current round of crowdfunding has a minimum raise of $25,000.50 and a maximum raise of $265,000, and the funds will be used to grow the team. FCF- Wild Aces has a multi-year distribution deal with Twitch and has a strategic partnership with Verizon.

 

FCF- Glacier Boyz

FCF- Glacier Boyz, with a valuation of $7.5 million, is raising funds on Republic. Glacier Boyz is one of the teams of Fan Controlled Football, the form of entertainment that allows fans to control real-time play calls, jersey designs, and just about everything. FCF- Glacier Boyz is owned by hip-hop superstar Quavo, NFL cornerback Richard Sherman, and former football player Deestroying. Sohrob Farudi, Ray Austin, Grant Cohen, and Patrick Dees founded FCF in September 2020. The current round of crowdfunding has a minimum raise of $25,000.50 and a maximum raise of $265,000, and the funds will be used to grow the team. FCF- Glacier Boyz has a multi-year distribution deal with Twitch and has a strategic partnership with Verizon.

 

FCF- Zappers

FCF- Zappers, with a valuation of $7.5 million, is raising funds on Republic. Zappers is one of the teams of Fan Controlled Football, the form of entertainment that allows fans to control real-time play calls, jersey designs, and just about everything. FCF- Zappers is owned by social media personality and comedian Bob Menery and NY Mets pitcher Trevor May. Sohrob Farudi, Ray Austin, Grant Cohen, and Patrick Dees founded FCF in September 2020. The current round of crowdfunding has a minimum raise of $25,000.50 and a maximum raise of $265,000, and the funds will be used to grow the team. FCF- Zappers has a multi-year distribution deal with Twitch and has a strategic partnership with Verizon.

 

FCF- Beasts

FCF- Beasts, with a valuation of $7.5 million, is raising funds on Republic. Beasts is one of the teams of Fan Controlled Football, the form of entertainment that allows fans to control real-time play calls, jersey designs, and just about everything. FCF- Beasts is owned by NFL running back Marshawn Lynch, WNBA star point guard Renee Montgomery, and WWE professional wrestler Miro. Sohrob Farudi, Ray Austin, Grant Cohen, and Patrick Dees founded FCF in September 2020. The current round of crowdfunding has a minimum raise of $25,000.50 and a maximum raise of $265,000, and the funds will be used to grow the team. FCF- Beasts has a multi-year distribution deal with Twitch and has a strategic partnership with Verizon.

 

ChipBrain

ChipBrain, with a post-money valuation of $10.8 million, is testing the waters on NetCapital. The company has made an emotionally-intelligent sales assistant for sales professionals. The assistant provides real-time feedback on the clients’ emotional response and helps the salespeople understand and communicate better. Lisa Vo, Curtis Northcutt, and John Fanning founded ChipBrain in June 2020. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum target of $10,000.80 and a maximum target of $821,155.20, will be used for engineering and development, marketing, and general and administration expenses. ChipBrain identifies critical turning points in conversations and predicts the likelihood of success. It has multiple competitive advantages, including personalized feedback, a data-driven approach, and real-time automated coaching for sales reps.

 

Project M

Project M, with a pre-money valuation of $22.5 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. It is a portfolio of brands focusing on heavy metal and tattoos. The company operates digital and print media properties to serve content to the fans. It sells events, merchandise, studio content, and more. Enrique Abeyta Ubillos founded Project M in 2016 and has raised over $7 million since the inception. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding campaign, with a minimum target of $49,978 and a maximum target of $1,069,993, will be used for adding SKUs to existing stores, hiring more staff, creating new content, and adding inventory. Project M owns the number one brands in heavy metal (Revolver), tattooing (Inked), and music comedy (The Hard Times).

 

X Wine Railroad

X Wine Railroad, with a $4 million valuation cap, is raising crowdfunding on Wefunder. The company offers train excursions to popular wine regions between Los Angeles and Santa Barbara in California. The business is all female-owned and operated. Dianne David founded X Wine Railroad in 2017. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum raise of $50,000 and a maximum raise of $250,000. The proceeds will be used for purchasing seats from Amtrak, salaries, marketing, and reserves for the full season of runs in 2021. X Wine Railroad generated $1.1 million in revenue and $624,000 in profits in its first year of operations in 2018. The services are expected to reopen in 2021 after service suspension due to COVID-19.

 

Piecemeal Pies

Piecemeal Pies, a bakery, bar, restaurant, and pie shop in Stowe, VT, is raising crowdfunding on MainVest. The pie shop makes high-quality, handmade, and locally-sourced meat pies and hard cider. The bakery also makes vegetable pies and sweet pies. Justin Barrett and Josh Brown founded Piecemeal Pies in 2016. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum target of $50,000 and a maximum target of $125,000, and the funds will be used to build the second location. Piecemeal Pies uses organic and seasonal ingredients for its pies and is highly committed to quality. The new shop will be based at an excellent location in a red-carriage barn on the green.

 

The Residences at Diamond Ridge

The Residences at Diamond Ridge, a multifamily property near Winston-Salem, NC, is raising funds on Republic. It is a 336-unit property with three playgrounds, a soccer field, a swimming pool, and a leasing office. The DeRosa Group plans to acquire and renovate the property. The current round of crowdfunding has a minimum raise of $25,000 and a maximum raise of $525,000, and the proceeds will be used to acquire and renovate the property. The Residences at Diamond Ridge is expected to generate a fixed interest rate return of 8% for three years. The renovation is also expected to increase the rent by $200 per unit.

 

Kibbo

Kibbo, with a valuation cap of $15 million, is raising crowdfunding on Republic. The company is developing a housing product that combines co-living and van life. The housing product of Kibbo will allow people to live in a camper van, change locations whenever they want, connect with other people, and have space to work. Colin O’Donnell founded Kibbo in April 2019 and raised over $600,000 in previous rounds of financing.  The proceeds of the current round of crowdfunding, with a minimum goal of $25,000 and a maximum goal of $1,070,000, will be used for growth and expansion. Kibbo is capitalizing on the upcoming trends of co-living, remote working, and transportation.

 

Orbital Assembly Corporation

Orbital Assembly Corporation, with a post-money valuation of $23.5 million, is testing the waters on NetCapital. It is a space construction company launching the next phase of space exploration by humans. The company also plans to make commercial space stations, propellant depots, and space solar power platforms. John Blincow and Timothy Alatorre founded Orbital Assembly Corporation in 2019. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $10,000 and a maximum target of $1,000,000. The funds will be used for DSTAR demonstration, DSTAR system components, PSTAR and Gravity Ring fabrication, observer drone development, and observer drone fabrication. Orbital Assembly Corporation is working to create the first sustainable artificial gravity environment. It will tap into the space tourism market and offer luxury accommodations at a lower cost than other commercial stations.

 

TFT News

TFT News, with a valuation cap of $1 million, is raising crowdfunding on Wefunder. The company provides relevant news, reports, business analysis, and other news related to the economy, technology, and business. The service is powered by artificial intelligence and aims to serve next-generation market leaders. Alfred Cardenas founded TFT News in September 2020. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding campaign, with a minimum target of $50,000 and a maximum target of $107,000, will be used for marketing, operations, and any unforeseen expenses. TFT News has secured more than 23,000 registered users in four months. It has established partnerships with AFP and Reuters and has a 26% bounce rate.

 

Twisted Taino

Twisted Taino, a one-stop catering service for Latin-fused cuisine in Northeast Ohio, is raising funds on Honeycomb. The business uses fresh ingredients and family recipes to create the best of tropical food with a sense of nostalgia. Twisted Taino started as a pop-up restaurant and is now established at the Sauce The City Food Court. Jose and Cristina Melendez founded Twisted Taino in June 2020. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum goal of $20,000 and a maximum goal of $50,000, will be used to build the first brick-and-mortar location at Parma. Twisted Taino will be the only one offering a Latin lunch buffet in Northeast Ohio. It is expected to gross between $700,000 and $1,000,000 with its delivery, dine-in, carryout, and event catering businesses.

 

24 HR Truck Services

24 HR Truck Services, an auto repair and maintenance company in East Windsor, NJ, is raising funds on SMBX. The company leverages mobile applications and dashboard integrations to support drivers, fleets, mechanics, and other transportation vendors. The services would prevent independent truck drivers from getting stuck on roads. Aaron Swan, Dana Swan, and Victoria Frederick founded 24 HR Truck Services in 2018. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum raise of $60,000 and a maximum raise of $100,000. The funds will be used for technology advancements, market expansion, and restructuring debt. 24 HR Truck Services aims to save time, increase operational efficiency, and give companies, drivers, fleets, and mechanics access to resources.

 

TrafficGenius

TrafficGenius, with a post-money valuation of $10 million, is testing the waters on NetCapital. The company is using machine learning to develop a system that optimizes the timing of traffic signals on high volume paths. The system collects data from all intersections to determine the optimal timing of each light. Scott Murdoch founded TrafficGenius in 2016. C-Reveal Therapeutics

C-Reveal Therapeutics, with a post-money valuation of $13.25 million, is raising crowdfunding on NetCapital. The company has identified two key cancer-specific enzymes that, when inhibited, reveal hidden tumors to the immune system. Los Jefes: Comida

Los Jefes: Comida, a Mexican restaurant in Taunton, MA, is raising funds on MainVest. The company operates pop-ups that serve American-Mexican and Caribbean soul food to the customers. The business is known for its fresh, delicious, and handcrafted food, including tortillas and sauces. Nikki and Eduardo Miralrio founded Los Jefes: Comida in March 2020. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum raise of $50,000 and a maximum raise of $75,000, will be used to open up a brick-and-mortar location. Los Jefes: Comida has traveled all over the state and served food at fairs, farmers’ markets, breweries, and private catering events. The restaurant was voted as the Best Mexican Restaurant 2020 on the South Shore by Wicked Local Readers Poll.

 

R & A Culinary Creations

R & A Culinary Creations, a comfort food restaurant in Denver, CO, is raising crowdfunding on MainVest. The restaurant brings the taste of Washington to Colorado, along with offering world cuisine. The food is a twist on classics along with retaining the local taste. Roland Williams founded R & A Culinary Creations in 2019. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $40,000 and a maximum target of $80,000. The funds will be used for purchasing kitchen equipment, kitchen rental, utilities, and insurance, food, and marketing. R & A Culinary Creations also comes with the culinary experience of Chef Roland, who possesses a culinary arts degree from Johnson & Wales.

 

Chopped & Screwed: The Final Mixtape

Chopped & Screwed: The Final Mixtape, a documentary film covering the life of hip-hop icon DJ Screw, is raising crowdfunding on NextSeed. The film will include never-before-seen footage from the family and estate of DJ Screw. It is being produced by an award-winning team, including Joseph Litzinger. Joseph Litzinger founded Chopped & Screwed: The Final Mixtape in April 2020. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum raise of $100,000 and a maximum raise of $250,000, will be used to complete the final phase of production and enter post-production. Chopped & Screwed: The Final Mixtape explores the intersection between the music industry and social injustice.

 

AudioCardio

It will take care of the patient-responsibility part for healthcare professionals and give incentives to patients for taking care of their medical bills. Alexis Oiler founded Billbox in December 2020. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding campaign, with a minimum target of $50,000 and a maximum target of $1,070,000, will be used for MVP development, product development, engineering, marketing, and working capital. Billbox has already received a commitment from a pediatric care clinic as its first beta partner. The business is backed by venture capitalists and is moving fast from idea to conception.

 

Verge Brewing

Verge Brewing, with a post-money valuation of $2.5 million, is raising funds on Wunderfund. The brewery brews best-in-class beers in the right way with the founding group of 50% women and 30% Native Americans. It makes beers like Belgian White IPA, Irish Cork Stout, Dark Mild Ale, American Amber Ale, and Belgian Triple Ale and sells them to taprooms and retail stores. Pete Bender founded Verge Brewing in 2019. The current crowdfunding raise has a minimum target of $105,000 and a maximum target of $250,000. The funds will be used to start on-site manufacturing and open a kitchen, taproom, dining, and outdoor beer garden. Verge Brewing is led by an experienced and award-winning brew team, taking it to higher grounds.

 

Oracle Health

Oracle Health, with a valuation of $20 million, is raising funds on Republic through Reg A+ crowdfunding. It is a medical technology startup manufacturing a heart failure cardiac monitor. The monitor is a small device that uses remote monitoring technology and artificial intelligence to gather comprehensive cardiac data. Jae Bang founded Oracle Health in 2019. The current round of crowdfunding has a minimum goal of $250,000 and a maximum goal of $8,000,000, and the funds will be used to develop the device within the next two years. Oracle Health is one of the companies selected by Johnson & Johnson Innovation to join their global network to create life-saving wellness solutions.

 

Gryphon

Gryphon, with a $25 million pre-money valuation, is testing the waters on SeedInvest through Reg A+ crowdfunding. The company is offering a cloud-managed network-based protection service platform against cyber threats. The system comes with a high-performance WiFi system, a simple app, and machine learning. John Wu and Arup Bhattacharya founded Gryphon in 2014 and have raised more than $5.5 million in previous rounds of financing. The current round of crowdfunding has a minimum goal of $500,000 and a maximum goal of $10,000,000. The proceeds will be used for sales and marketing, research and development, inventory, and operations. Gryphon has achieved over $5 million in total sales and blocked more than five million threats since its launch.
