UNOMi

UNOMi, with a valuation cap of $5 million, is raising funds on MicroVentures. The company offers a software platform for the creators of animated content to automate the speech integration process. UNOMi uses patent-pending technology for generating mouth animations. The company was founded by Obi Onyejekwe and Arama Brown and raised $107,000 in its previous round of crowdfunding on MicroVentures in January 2020. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum target of $25,000 and a maximum target of $428,000. The funds will be used towards product development, marketing, and legal fees. UNOMi plans to create a large suite of products in the future, including products related to motion capture, voiceovers, and personal avatar building. The company became a member of Backstage Capital’s inaugural accelerator class in March 2019 and of Preccelerator Program in Santa Monica, CA in August 2018.

 

Gift of College

Gift of College, with a pre-money valuation of $24 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. It is a crowdfunding platform that streamlines the student loan process for students and allows friends, family, and employers to contribute towards college savings and student loan accounts. The suite of Gift of College connects gift-givers and receivers through gift cards and an at-work solution. Wayne Weber founded Gift of College in 2007. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum target of $10,000 and a maximum target of $1,070,000, and the funds will be used to expand the employer network and bolster the retail offerings. Gift of College has already helped eliminate $15 million in student loan debt and boosted college savings account balances by $10 million.

 

JJ Pfister Distilling Company

JJ Pfister Distilling Company, with a pre-money valuation of $8.93 million, is raising crowdfunding on Wefunder. The company makes organic and handcrafted spirits in its experiential distillery. The spirits include whiskeys, gins, and bourbons and come with cinnamon, leather, and creme brûlée tasting notes. Kevin Keck founded JJ Pfister Distilling Company in 2016 and has raised over $6 million since its inception. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding campaign, with a minimum goal of $50,000 and a maximum goal of $1,070,000, will be used for manufacturing, sales, marketing, bottling machines, and visitor center food service. JJ Pfister Distilling Company has top Tasting Panel ratings and has demonstrated 200% growth even during COVID.

 

Wind Harvest

Wind Harvest, a wind turbine company, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company makes and sells unique wind turbines as a renewable source of energy. The engineers design wind technologies, and scientists test how the turbines can be used to increase the energy output. The technology is then used by the regional licensees to develop projects using Wind Harvest products and services. The company was founded by Kevin Wolf and Cornelius Fitzgerald in April 2020. The current round of crowdfunding has a minimum raise of $150,000 and a maximum raise of $1,070,000, and the proceeds will be used for ordering, installing, and testing Wind Harvesters, completing international certifications, and filing new patents. Wind Harvest has $5.5 million in its project pipeline for 2021 and over $50 million for 2022-23.

 

CoDwell

CoDwell, a developer of co-living houses, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company develops co-living houses and communities for dwellers to embrace the benefits of living together, sharing responsibilities, and collaborating on projects. Sparr Risher founded CoDwell in July 2020. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum target of $100,000 and a maximum target of $1,070,000, will be used for pre-launch operating costs, travel, government filings, and capital contribution to purchase real estate. CoDwell started due to the growing availability of small college and large boarding school properties and increased work from home opportunities, especially during COVID.

 

Armbrust American

Armbrust American, a mask factory, is raising crowdfunding on Wefunder. The factory manufactures FDA-registered surgical and N95 masks in its own custom-built factory located outside of Austin, Texas. Lloyd Armbrust founded Armbrust American in 2018 and has raised over $4.7 million since its inception. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum target of $147,000 and a maximum target of $1,070,000, will be used for purchasing an automated surgical mask assembly line, installation, design upgrades, and air freight and tariffs. Armbrust American has 300 million pre-orders from government agencies, hospitals, restaurants, and individuals and is generating $7 million in revenue.

 

Future Proof

Future Proof, with a $60 million pre-money valuation, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company builds and develops innovative beverage brands of the future. The products connect with the lifestyle of the younger generation and speak to innovative individuals. The company currently has three brands, including BeatBox Beverages, Brizzy Seltzer Cocktail, and Corkless. Future Proof was founded by Justin Fenchel, Aimy Steadman, and Brad Schultz in 2012 and has raised over $14 million since its founding. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum raise of $100,001 and a maximum raise of $1,069,999. The funds will be used for sales and marketing expenses, operating expenses, investment in headcount, and G&A expenses. Future Proof brands are currently available in over 10,000 stores and reported a 98% year-over-year growth for 2019.

 

Pure-Light Technologies

Pure-Light Technologies, with a valuation cap of $30 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company has invented a new type of LED bulb using the new PLT Super-Oxygen technology. The PLT bulbs not only light up rooms but also provide air and surface purification. They reduce pathogens, including bacteria and viruses, from the environment. Roger Young founded Pure-Light Technologies in 2015. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum goal of $50,000 and a maximum goal of $250,000, will be used for marketing and promotions, research and development on new products, and increasing the light bulb inventory. Pure-Light Technologies has over 7,000 customers and $1.3 million in sales.

 

Boonoob

Boonoob, with a valuation cap of $10 million, is raising crowdfunding on Wefunder. It is a social network for daily life activities and connects people to help each other and spread happiness. The core values of Boonoob revolve around a good planet, good people, good products, good places, good privacy, and good prices. Hesam Jafari founded Boonoob in 2016. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $50,000 and a maximum target of $250,000. The proceeds will be used for marketing and sales, business development, infrastructure and cybersecurity, and salaries. Boonoob has connected thousands of people and listed hundreds of events. The company will donate 10% of its earnings to non-profits and charities to empower humanity.

 

Doorage

Doorage, with a valuation cap of $17.5 million, is raising crowdfunding on Republic. It is a door-to-door storage provider that brings sage and convenient storage directly to the customers. The platform also helps users get instant online estimates and bookings for movers. Doorage is a comprehensive service, including pickup, storage, and delivery. Sean Sandona founded Doorage in October 2017 and has raised over $620,000 since its inception. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum goal of $25,000 and a maximum goal of $1,070,000. The funds will be used to increase the offerings and launch in over 20 new markets. Doorage has already served over 1,200 customers and generated more than $550,000 in sales in 2018-19. The business reported a 98% growth in 2019 and a 101% growth in 2020 year-to-date.

 

Bay Area Ranchers’ Cooperative

Bay Area Ranchers’ Cooperative, with a pre-money valuation of $1 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company does responsible meat processing for ranchers by ranchers. It is establishing a meat-processing plant using a Mobile Harvest Unit approved by the USDA. Bay Area Ranchers’ Cooperative will process cattle, sheep, goats, and hogs for ranchers that are not well-served by larger processing facilities. Duskie Estes founded Bay Area Ranchers’ Cooperative in July 2020. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum raise of $50,000 and a maximum raise of $1,070,000, will be used for purchasing equipment, infrastructure improvements, payroll, and consultants. Bay Area Ranchers’ Cooperative is a rancher-owned cooperative that is creating stability for the meat business.

 

Joi

Joi, with a valuation cap of $1 million, is raising crowdfunding on Wefunder. It is a bot that allows sales consultants to sell their products directly on Facebook. The aim is to increase sales for direct sales consultants by reducing friction from the buying process. Michael Stevens founded Joi in 2015 and has raised over $530,000 since its inception. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum target of $50,000 and a maximum target of $100,000, and the proceeds will be used towards the software cost for building Joi and integrating with the direct sales software. Joi is partnering with a software company to allow it to integrate with 50 of their clients.

 

Full Circle Brewing

Full Circle Brewing, with a pre-money valuation of $25 million, is raising crowdfunding on StartEngine. It is a brewery that crafts high-quality, flavorful beers. The beer comes in flavors like cream soda, pies, and milkshakes. The eye-catching branding of the beer cans also appeals to the customers. Full Circle Brewing was founded in 1998 and is currently owned by Arthur Moye. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum raise of $9,996.76 and a maximum raise of $534,948.82. The proceeds will be used to expand the brewing capacity and grow the distribution network. Full Circle Brewing has received an overwhelming response to its ‘Illa’ series, including Strawberry,  Blueberry, and Vanilla Illa.

 

Restaurant, Pub, and Games

Restaurant, Pub, and Games, an American restaurant in Lawrence, KS, is raising crowdfunding on MainVest. It is a board game bar offering food, drinks, and thousands of board games. The restaurant brings families and communities together and recaptures face-to-face interaction in the digital age. Restaurant, Pub, and Games was founded by Nathaniel Morches, Meghan Morches, Betsy Pool, and Matt Pool in 2008. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum target of $50,000 and a maximum target of $150,000, will be used for a new marketing campaign, outdoor dining, on-site catering for the night shift, and board game rental/subscription model. Restaurant, Pub, and Games has weekly Trivia and Dungeons and Dragons groups with loyal regulars. It functions as a cultural hub in Lawrence.

 

Get Jobzz

Get Jobzz, a mentoring platform, is raising funds on Wefunder. The platform gives people an opportunity to meet mentors that can help them get their dream jobs. The users can register as both mentors and students and share their experiences. Harsh Vardhan Singh, Archita Manral, Dr. Ravi Raj Singh Manral, and Jayvardhan Singh founded Get Jobzz in August 2020. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum raise of $50,000 and a maximum raise of $107,000. The funds will be used for marketing, original content, hiring new team members, and app development. Get Jobzz already has 700 registered users and is among the top 0.01% of the 200 million websites in the US.

 

Atom Limbs

Atom Limbs, with a valuation cap of $10 million, is raising crowdfunding on Wefunder. The company is creating the world’s first mind-controlled bionic arm. The arm has full finger dexterity, 200 sensors, and curls 45lbs. It is powered by artificial intelligence and will be sold to amputees and robotic organizations dealing with agriculture, factory assembly, and hazardous environments. Tyler Hayes founded Atom Limbs in April 2019 and has raised over $350,000 since its inception. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum goal of $250,000 and a maximum goal of $1,070,000, will be used for tech infrastructure, equipment, hiring, travel and conferences, and legal and operating costs. Atom Limbs received a $120 million grant from the Department of Defense and DARPA, which was used for research and development in the past 15 years.

 

Flora Growth

Flora Growth, with a pre-money valuation of $57 million, is raising funds through Reg A+ crowdfunding. The company makes and sells high-quality organic CBD oils and derivatives. The products of Flora Growth find use in the worldwide cosmetic, pharmaceutical, and food and beverage industries. Flora Growth is led by Damian Lopez and Deborah Battiston. The current crowdfunding round has no minimum goal and a maximum goal of $50,000,000. The proceeds will be used for research and development, working capital, and general corporate purposes. Flora Growth is fully licensed and plans to cultivate 100 hectares of cannabis. The company has letters of intent with companies for CBD oil to be used in their coffees, juices, creams, lotions, capsules, and panela.
