Trashless

Trashless, with a valuation cap of $6 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. It is a zero-waste local grocery delivery service, eliminating the use of single-use packaging. The company fulfills the need for convenient delivery of household staples while being environmentally responsible. Yogesh Sharma and Ved Prakash founded Trashless in April 2016. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum goal of $10,000 and a maximum goal of $406,890. The funds will be used to expand into new markets and bring in powerful network effects both on the supply and demand side. Trashless has perfected its cycle of sourcing sustainable local ingredients, delivering them in reusable packaging, collecting it back, sanitizing it, and repeating the process.

 

HyperSciences

HyperSciences, with a pre-money valuation of $38.8 million, is raising crowdfunding on StartEngine. The company is using its proprietary hypersonic accelerator to revolutionize several industries, including aerospace, mining, tunneling, and clean energy drilling. The accelerator of HyperSciences is one of the world’s fastest engines. Mark Russell founded HyperSciences in 2014. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding campaign, with a minimum raise of $9,999.36 and a maximum raise of $1,069,996.80, will be used to take the low-cost HyperDrill to a mature stage and secure new paid pilot projects. HyperSciences has successfully delivered on contracts with companies like Shell and NASA. Currently, it is under contract with two major mining and energy corporations.

 

Perillas Food

Perillas Food, a Korean restaurant in Somerville, MA, is raising funds on MainVest. It is a member of Foundation Kitchen, a local shared kitchen space. The restaurant has also signed up for many pop-ups and catered for company lunches. James Choi founded Perillas Food in June 2018. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum target of $10,000 and a maximum target of $30,000, will be used to open a space of its own using a virtual kitchen model. Perillas Food has honed its skills and built a customer base and is ready to take orders online. The restaurant aims to create multiple concepts out of its one location, focus on quality of food, compensate the staff, and better utilize the space for the growth of the customer base.

 

Ana’s Norwegian Bakeri

Ana’s Norwegian Bakeri, a bakery in Centennial, CO, is raising crowdfunding on MainVest. The bakery specializes in Norwegian pastries and baked goods, including cinnamon rolls, raisin rolls, sweet cardamom rolls, and school rolls. The bakery also offers whole wheat bread with spelt and white bread with dark rye and dark sirup. Ana Fanakra founded Ana’s Norwegian Bakeri in May 2020. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum goal of $30,000 and a maximum goal of $70,000. The funds will be used for equipment, operating costs, and open a brick-and-mortar location. Ana’s Norwegian Bakeri makes excellent high-quality products that transport the consumers to delicious cafes in Norway.

 

Shyft Auto

Shyft Auto, with a $6 million valuation cap, is raising crowdfunding on Republic. It is a SaaS platform that allows automotive repair shops to offer contactless service to their customers, especially during COVID-19. The service connects consumers with repair shops for a frictionless experience that saves time. The platform can also be used to facilitate pickup and return appointments. David Marcus Aman founded Shyft Auto in April 2020 and has raised over $600,000 since its inception. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding campaign, with a minimum raise of $25,000 and a maximum raise of $1,070,000, will be used for new hires, marketing, development, and operating expenses. Shyft Auto has over 18 signed contracts and has generated $10,000 monthly recurring revenue since its launch.

 

Battle Approved Motors

Battle Approved Motors, with a pre-money valuation of $6.3 million, is raising crowdfunding on StartEngine. The company develops electric vehicle technology for off-road vehicles. The high-end electric UTVs of Battle Approved Motors will be straight out of the box. The company is currently in the design, test, and validation phases. Chris James founded Battle Approved Motors in 2019. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum raise of $9,999.86 and a maximum raise of $106,999.88, and the proceeds will be used for growth and expansion. Battle Approved Motors will deliver elite ownership, experience, and performance to its users with its zero-emission vehicles.

 

American Ultimate Disc League

American Ultimate Disc League, with a pre-money valuation of $17.2 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. It is the world’s largest professional league of Ultimate, a fast-paced non-contact team sport. American Ultimate Disc League provides a professional platform to the talented athletes of Ultimate to showcase their skills. Steve Hall and Robert Lloyd founded American Ultimate Disc League in 2013 and raised over $6 million since the inception. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum target of $100,001 and a maximum target of $534,998, will be used for marketing expenses and hiring one new marketing specialist, one new member of the video production team, and one digital marketing manager. American Ultimate Disc League has a digital media following of over 700,000 and multiple TV deals.

 

AllPeople

AllPeople, with a $3 million valuation cap, is raising funds on Wefunder. It is an online marketplace for eco-friendly and socially-responsible products. The company believes in responsible shopping and giving back and uses carbon-neutral shipping. William Wollrab founded AllPeople in 2013. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum raise of $50,000 and a maximum raise of $250,000, and the funds will be used for native iOS and Android app development, staffing, and consulting expenses. AllPeople follows a lean business model with reduced costs and improved margins to create a greater impact. The company also gives back 5% to non-profit organizations of customers’ choice.

 

Sparrow InterActive

Green Grass Acres plans to lease a 14-seat tour cycle estimated to add $40,000 monthly profit through tours.

 

MedVector

MedVector, with a $10 million pre-money valuation, is raising crowdfunding on StartEngine. It is a telemedicine platform that aims to accelerate clinical trials. The platform will connect subjects from across the world to clinical trial sites and increase participation in clinical trials. Scott Stout and Dr. Dennis Patterson founded MedVector in 2017. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum target of $9,999.20 and a maximum target of $1,069,999.95, and the proceeds will be used for the launch of the platform. MedVector platform has access to seven hospitals consisting of hundreds of thousands of patients per year. The company has signed two LOIs and completed three case studies with Novartis.

 

Yoga Ed.

Project Pie

Project Pie, a pizza place in Chino Hills, CA, is raising funds on MainVest. The pizzeria provides high-quality fresh pizzas made with fresh and local ingredients. The pizza place offers superior customer service and also supports the local community and non-profit organizations. Project Pie is owned by Steven Wesler. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum goal of $20,000 and a maximum goal of $100,000, will be used to purchase new line coolers, POS equipment, a new dough machine, and develop the mobile app. Project Pie recently revamped its menu and ingredients, reporting an increased daily sale to over $30,000 monthly.

 

Pierogi Pantry

Culmination Brewing

The brewery focuses on innovation and combines good food, excellent beer, friends, and family to create memories and smiles. The taproom serves innovative and refined beers along with a mighty food menu. Tomas Sluiter founded Culmination Brewing in 2013. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding campaign, with a minimum raise of $250,000 and a maximum raise of $400,000, will be used to purchase new brewing equipment and invest in cans and labor costs. N & M Coach Lines

N & M Coach Lines, a travel and transport company in Richmond, VA, is raising funds on MainVest. The company provides a motorcoach service that can accommodate a number of passengers and luggage. The motor coaches of N & M Coach Lines are loaded with a full entertainment system, climate control system, reclining seats, foot rests, lavatory, and inside luggage space. N & M Coach Lines is one of the premier bus lines in the Richmond area and provides motorcoach services to Maryland Live, The Horseshoe Casino, and The Brand New MGM National Harbor.

 

Sunken Stone

Sunken Stone, with a pre-money valuation of $10.7 million, is raising crowdfunding on Wefunder. It is a turnkey solution provider that uses custom software to help businesses sell more on Amazon. The company helps brands to establish themselves on Amazon and is recognized as one of the top 500 Amazon sellers on the Marketplace. Adam Weiler founded Sunken Stone in 2009 and has raised over $1 million since its inception. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum goal of $50,000 and a maximum goal of $1,070,000. The funds will be used for external marketing, internal software development, and potential mergers and acquisitions. Sunken Stone has reported a rapid new account growth with 40.87% CAGR since January 2017 and $35 million in sales in 2020 alone.

 

Great Scott

Great Scott, a music venue in Allston, MA, is raising funds on MainVest. The venue has been an integral part of Boston’s art community for years as a platform for artists to perform and develop. Great Scott is owned by Carl Lavin. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum target of $20,000 and a maximum target of $100,000. The proceeds will be used to rehome the cultural landmark to Allston, as the old location was closed due to the impact of COVID-19. The funds will be used to secure the lease, liquor license, and build-out. Great Scott will remain the best place to experience Boston’s music scene through its new location.

 

7 Grain Army

The offerings include wholesome muffins, flavorful spreads, and tonics. Matthew Tilden and Jeffrey Olsen founded the 7 Grain Army in 2019. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum raise of $10,000 and a maximum raise of $150,000, will be used as working capital and for the launch of the second phase of the business. 7 Grain Army’s second phase includes the launch of a frozen product line with local retailers, buildout and purchase of equipment to optimize scale, and extended operating hours.

 

Draper Startup House- Austin

Draper Startup House- Austin, a colliding community in the heart of Austin, is raising funds on Republic. It provides a unique co-living experience to entrepreneurs in the 5-bedroom 4-bathroom house. The property also has custom lighting, hand-painted tiles, a screened porch, a backyard, and a lap pool. The property will be acquired by Compound Projects and net leased to Draper Startup House for three years. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding campaign, with a minimum goal of $39,000 and a maximum goal of $170,625, will be used for the acquisition of the property. Draper Startup House- Austin is disrupting the hospitality model and creating value by building a large business ecosystem.

 

Edible Garden

Edible Garden, with a valuation cap of $18.5 million, is raising funds on Republic. The company grows organic produce and herbs locally and sustainably. It is leveraging state-of-the-art technology and zero-waste inspired hydroponic indoor greenhouse to change the face of agriculture. Jim Kras, Mike James, and Dennis Rodrigues founded Edible Garden in March 2020. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum target of $25,000 and a maximum target of $1,070,000, and the funds will be used to increase the capabilities and technology and invest in more partnerships. Edible Garden reported a 100% sales growth year-over-year and is projected to reach $11 million in sales in 2020.

 

Mini City

SmartGurlz

SmartGurlz, with a pre-money valuation of $9 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. It is an education technology company teaching girls and underserved minorities. The company makes coding products for kids, including robots, apps, and dolls that promote at-home learning with playing. Orion

The Orion Bike has numerous unique features, including an integrated Samsung regenerative battery, anti-theft seat, solar rear light, and LED front light. Crypto Asset Rating

It is a fintech company that has developed solutions to resolve the key challenges of the crypto industry. It is an independent structured rating agency bringing transparency to the crypto market. It also offers multiple fintech products, including Crypto Index, Exchange Rating, ETF Rating, etc. Pramod Attarde founded Crypto Asset Rating in 2018. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding campaign, with a minimum goal of $25,000 and a maximum goal of $107,000, will be used for growth and expansion. Crypto Asset Rating has already introduced rating, tokenization, fintech training, and crypto business world and is soon expected to grow further.

 

Intellivision Amico

Intellivision Amico, a video game system company, is raising funds on Republic through Reg A+ crowdfunding. The company has developed a unique video game system that is redefining entertainment.
