Brass Knuckle Brewing Company

Brass Knuckle Brewing Company, an upcoming brewery in Melbourne, FL, is raising crowdfunding on MainVest. The brewery will combine traditional brewing styles with experimental brewing to create high-quality and innovative beers. Kyle Lenke founded Brass Knuckle Brewing Company in October 2020. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum target of $50,000 and a maximum target of $100,000, and the funds will be used for equipment, bottling supplies, and operating capital. Brass Knuckle Brewing Company has already had success in small tastings and a music event. Some of the unique beers of the brewery will include garlic beer, Anthem-Amber Ale, Treble Hef-German Hefeweizen, and Jukebox Ipa-American IPA.

 

BuildStream

BuildStream, with a $10 million valuation cap, is raising funds on Republic. The company has developed a platform to source and manage supply chain inspections and audits across the world. The platform helps to book an inspection, digitize the process of scheduling and payments, and save time and cost. Terry Clarke and David Polanski founded BuildStream in August 2019. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding campaign, with a minimum raise of $25,000 and a maximum raise of $1,070,000, will be used for growth and expansion. BuildStream is digitizing the workflow and replacing paperwork and spreadsheets in the supply chain quality sector. The company generated $150,000 in revenue in trials and has 1,000 vendors on the platform.

 

DigiBuild

DigiBuild, with a valuation cap of $7.5 million, is raising crowdfunding on Republic. The company has developed a construction management software that uses blockchain technology to revolutionize the global construction industry. The platform is used to automate and authenticate critical documents, record the transactions without alterations, and reduce paperwork and disputes. Robert Salvador founded DigiBuild in 2018 and has raised $340,000 in previous rounds of financing. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum goal of $25,000 and a maximum goal of $250,000, and the funds will be used to identify and implement new product offerings. DigiBuild already has leading construction companies as its customers or beta users.

 

OmniLife

OmniLife, with a valuation cap of $7 million, is raising crowdfunding on Wunderfund. The company has developed a clinical operations management platform that connects the supply and demand marketplace of human organs and tissues. The platform, thus, helps to reduce waste, lower cost, and save lives. Dalton Shaull and Eric Pahl founded OmniLife in 2016. The current crowdfunding raise has a minimum target of $25,000 and a maximum target of $250,000. OmniLife has been a recipient of NIH Grant and has raised more than $750,000 in previous rounds of funding. The Donor Tracker platform of OmniLife allows providers to share case updates in real-time, notify all parties, and ensures everyone is up to date on the progress of a case.

 

Heroic Public Benefit Corporation

Heroic Public Benefit Corporation, with a pre-money valuation of $20 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company aims to offer a wisdom membership and coach training program through its Optimize Core membership program and Optimize Coach program. The input from Optimize will be used to develop the Heroic Training Platform. Brian Johnson founded Heroic Public Benefit Corporation in November 2020 and has raised more than $10 million since the inception. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum target of $100,000 and a maximum target of $1,000,000, will be used for general operations and acquisition of Optimize. 

 

REJOY

REJOY, with a $10 million valuation cap, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company makes a unique sports drink infused with CBD. The drink is entirely plant-based and helps in rehydration, pain relief, and reduction of inflammation. Martin Moresco, Diego Belbussi, Sebastian Sanchez, and Ronnie Schildknecht founded REJOY in 2019. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding campaign, with a minimum target of $100,000 and a maximum target of $1,070,000, will be used for marketing, retail listing, POS activation, and working capital. REJOY is already available in over 75 stores in Miami and generated $75,000 in revenues year-to-date till November 2020.

 

Atense

Atense, with a $5 million valuation cap, is raising crowdfunding on Wefunder. The cybersecurity company has developed a computer vaccine that stops malware without even knowing about it. The Atense computer vaccine aims to encrypt software programs, create a new executable program with a DNA fingerprint, place itself in the operating system, and prevent malware. John Almeida founded Atense in 2018. The current crowdfunding raise has a minimum target of $50,000 and a maximum target of $1,070,000. The proceeds will be used for research and development, sales and marketing, and overheads. Atense has a 70% complete working prototype that will soon become a commercial product.

 

Foot Glove Performance Footwear

Foot Glove Performance Footwear, with a post-money valuation of $4.58 million, is raising funds on NetCapital. The company makes footwear for people in hospitality, construction, maintenance, and other businesses that require them to be on their feet every day. The footwear of Foot Glove Performance Footwear helps in solving foot pain and discomfort problems, prevents foot injuries, and reduces recovery times. Uganda Williams founded Foot Glove Performance Footwear in 2014. The current round of crowdfunding has a minimum goal of $10,000.90 and a maximum goal of $499,999.50. The funds will be used for marketing, inventory, operations, and product design. Foot Glove Performance Footwear holds a patent on its unique technology and generated more than $100,000 in sales during its soft launch.

 

Citizens

Citizens, with a $12 million valuation cap, is raising funds on Republic. The company has developed an Australian cafe that combines a specialty coffee shop, cafe, and lifestyle brand in one. It focuses on seasonal and fresh menus, fresh Aussie coffee, and modern architectural store design. Justin Giuffrida and Andrew Geisel founded Citizens in December 2019. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum target of $25,000 and a maximum target of $1,070,000. The funds will be used for national expansion across nine US markets, building a coffee roasting facility, and launching wholesale coffee distribution. Citizens has generated lifetime revenue of more than $10 million. It has launched four profitable locations and corporate headquarters in less than four years.

 

EarthWise

EarthWise, with a pre-money valuation of $33 million, is raising crowdfunding on StartEngine. The company makes sustainable sorbents using recycled and repurposed materials. The products are used to clean up oil and chemical spills hassle-free. Jim Mullen founded EarthWise in 2017. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum raise of $9,997.50 and a maximum raise of $1,069,995, will be used for scaling globally and capitalizing on the strategic partnerships to penetrate the market. EarthWise has partnered with the largest sorbent manufacturer in the world, NPS Corporation, to produce its products. The focus of the company is to promote sustainability without compromising on quality.

 

Nippitaty Distillery

Nippitaty Distillery, an organic craft distillery in North Charleston, SC, is raising funds on Honeycomb. The distillery uses earth-friendly methods to make high-quality liquor. The products of Nippitaty Distillery have delightful and subtle flavors, complexity, and smoothness. The two product lines of the distillery include a botanical gin and a botanical vodka. Traxler Littlejohn founded Nippitaty Distillery in 2017. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum goal of $30,000 and a maximum goal of $150,000. The proceeds will be used to increase capacity, get more state licenses, spread bottle distribution, consolidate debt, and hire brand ambassadors. Nippitaty Distillery is the first organic distillery in South Carolina and takes pride in its organic practices.

 

Homeroom

Relevant Entertainment

Relevant Entertainment, a filmmaking company, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company aims to transform the entertainment industry by bringing real people and real hope and to reimagine the industry. The films of Relevant Entertainment are aimed to relate and speak to millennials and Gen Z audiences. Vicki O’Brien founded Relevant Entertainment in February 2020. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum raise of $50,000 and a maximum raise of $1,070,000. The funds will be used for marketing, social media advertising, screenwriting, overhead expenses, and hiring a development team. Relevant Entertainment is led by a team of professionals with more than 50 years of experience in film and TV.

 

Beacons

Beacons, with a $20 million valuation cap, is raising crowdfunding on Republic. The company helps people build their ‘link in bio’ websites for TikTok and Instagram. It assists the creators in monetizing their audiences  and connecting their followers to the monetization platforms. David Zeng, Jesse Zhang, Greg Luppescu, and Neal Jean founded Beacons in January 2019. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding raise, with a minimum raise of $25,000 and a maximum raise of $200,000, will be used to accelerate product development and increase the monthly recurring revenue. Beacons has over 1,500 new signups every day without any paid marketing, and 95% of the new users have been acquired through viral growth loops.

 

InTheMarket

InTheMarket, with a valuation cap of $10 million, is raising funds on Republic. The cloud-based platform of InTheMarket connects brokers and landlords with its automated workflow tools. The platform, thus, helps in making the process of leasing faster and easier. Steven Renbaum founded InTheMarket in June 2019. The current crowdfunding campaign of the company has a minimum goal of $25,000 and a maximum goal of $1,070,000. The proceeds will be used to launch into new markets and launch a mobile app. InTheMarket is led by a team with decades of commercial real estate experience. The platform is empowered with machine learning and AI for predictive analysis.

 

Flash Scientific Technology

Flash Scientific Technology, with a pre-money valuation of $10.15 million, is raising crowdfunding on StartEngine. The company has developed a weather intelligence system to predict lightning strikes. The prediction is very accurate and aims to save millions of lives. Jason Deese founded Flash Scientific Technology in August 2020. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding raise, with a minimum target of $10,000 and a maximum target of $1,070,000, will be used to hire developers and salespeople, scale customers, and launch mobile apps. Flash Scientific Technology has a patented working prototype, with 96.5% prediction accuracy in summer and 99.6% accuracy in other seasons.

The company has developed a platform for project management that works on the SUKAD Way Project Management Framework. The platform is built on CAMMP to facilitate the workflow of the project life cycle. Mounir A. Ajam founded Uruk Platform in June 2019. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding campaign, with a minimum raise of $150,000 and a maximum raise of $1,000,000, will be used for outreach and marketing, management and business development, product development, and legal, patent, and trademark fees. Uruk Platform is led by a team with more than 100 years of experience in project leadership. The platform will help companies save significant time and money for getting their product to the market.

 

CrowdLustro

CrowdLustro, with a valuation cap of $4 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company has developed a due diligence and aggregation platform for equity crowdfunding. The platform helps new and experienced investors research and analyze crowdfunding deals by aggregating all Reg CF deals and sorting them. In Force Technology

The mobile panic button aims to save lives by reducing police response time and bridge the communication gap between the police and those experiencing the threat. Donald Flanagan and Brandon Flanagan founded In Force Technology in 2017. The current crowdfunding raise has a minimum target of $9,996.63 and a maximum target of $1,069,962.90, and the funds will be used to add more school districts and increase revenues. In Force Technology’s SaaS recurring revenue grew from $374,000 in 2019 to $430,000 in 2020.

 

AIEDC

AIEDC, with a post-money valuation of $6.86 million, is Testing the Waters on NetCapital. The company makes 5G-cloud mobile apps and provides machine learning for small businesses to create their own apps. The Artificial Intelligence Economic Development Corporation (AIEDC) provides Artificial Intelligence as a Service (AIaaS). Leonard S. Johnson founded AIEDC in 2017. The current crowdfunding round of the company has a minimum target of $10,004.80 and a maximum target of $249,600. The proceeds will be used for cloud computing and data hosting, management compensation, outsourced development compensation, and SG&A. AIEDC is led by a team of entrepreneurs, leading scientists, and machine learning leads. The company has a multi-year partnership agreement with the Lodz University of Technology and expects to generate high revenues soon.

 

BNNano

BNNano, with a post-money valuation of $21.07 million, is Testing the Waters on NetCapital. It is an advanced manufacturing company that has developed a patent-pending Boron Nitride Nanotube, NanoBarb. NanoBarb is added to commodities to improve a material’s natural properties and make it extraordinary. Steve Wilcenski and Jason Taylor founded BNNano in 2016. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding raise, with a minimum goal of $10,001.10 and a maximum goal of $106,999.70, will be used for facilities improvement, product development, research and development, payroll and new hires, and capital equipment. BNNano’s product has received several awards and is suitable for industries such as aerospace, automotive, defense, fire prevention, and water purification.

 

Sunscoop

Sunscoop, with a $9 million valuation cap, is raising funds on Republic. The company makes delicious plant-based ice cream using organic coconut cream. The ice creams are infused with superfood ingredients, are easy to digest, and contain no refined sugar or top allergens. Carli Blum founded Sunscoop in 2017 and has raised more than $2.4 million since the inception. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum goal of $25,000 and a maximum goal of $1,070,000, will be used to expand retail partnerships and grow online. Sunscoop is already selling in more than 500 major retail stores and has sold more than 100,000 pints since launch. The company expects to generate revenue of $21 million by 2023.

 

Upstryve

Upstryve, with a $6 million valuation cap, is raising crowdfunding on Fundopolis. It is an online tutoring platform that connects students with industry experts one-on-one. The platform helps aspiring students make a career in engineering, construction, safety, heavy equipment, and trade through focused tutoring. On the other hand, the professionals increase their earnings by tutoring, publishing, and affiliate sales. Evan Levine and Noah Davis founded Upstryve in October 2020. The current round of crowdfunding has a minimum target of $25,000 and a maximum target of $249,999. The proceeds of the raise will target the launch of the services for large corporations. Upstryve has been profitable since its launch, with gross margins of 40% and EBITDA margins of 20%.

 

Triangle Foundry

Triangle Foundry, a yoga, cycling, and strength studio in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, is raising funds on Honeycomb. The studio began with online classes in March 2020 and started offering high-quality and interactive classes. The classes of Triangle Foundry are friendly, inclusive, and welcoming. Triangle Foundry was founded by Karyna Kerin. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding raise, with a minimum target of $25,000 and a maximum target of $75,000, will be used for building out the physical location, marketing, and purchasing furniture and equipment. Triangle Foundry plans to add multiple offerings in the physical location, including workshops and events for members, teacher training programs, and other community-based events.

 

Sporty Dog Creations

Sporty Dog Creations, an elevated gourmet hot dogs joint in Baltimore, MD, is raising funds on MainVest. The joint serves hot dogs made from scratch that are a hybrid between a hot dog and a brat. Sporty Dog Creations makes all-natural vegan, beef, and chicken hotdogs, without any additives or preservatives. 

 

SkillSoniq

SkillSoniq, with a pre-money valuation of $10.3 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. It is an online marketplace that uses AI to connect companies with freelancers at affordable rates. In today’s gig economy, SkillSoniq is helping individuals choose when and where they want to work on an interim or even contract-to-hire basis. Abhinav Verma founded SkillSoniq in 2016. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum goal of $9,999.90 and a maximum goal of $534,999.98, and the funds will be used for growth and expansion. SkillSoniq generated $350,000 in revenue in New York alone during its first year and has launched in four more cities since then.

 

Cedar Credit Builder

Cedar Credit Builder, with a $4 million valuation cap, is raising crowdfunding on Wefunder. The company provides innovative personal finance and credit solutions and helps people build credit through various activities. The users get a special Cedar Credit Builder card to pay their bills and subscriptions, with a restricted credit limit to boost credit scores. Adam Finke and George Ulmer founded Cedar Credit Builder in May 2020. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum raise of $50,000 and a maximum raise of $1,070,000, will be used for banking partners, technology partners, and operations partners, development, data science, marketing, and compliance. Cedar Credit Builder has multiple revenue streams and a contracted bank partner.

 

DonTruck

DonTruck, with a $9 million valuation cap, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company offers a next-generation transportation management system and solution. It helps transportation and logistics companies to plan, execute, and optimise their business. Leo Pardo founded DonTruck in 2018. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum raise of $50,000 and a maximum raise of $1,070,000. The funds will be used for platform development, operations, sales and marketing, and admin expenses. DonTruck has generated $45,000 in lifetime revenues. The technology is developed by logistics experts and is being tested and validated by freight brokers.

 

Amia Investments

Amia Investments, a property development and asset management company in Southern California, is raising crowdfunding on Silicon Prairie Online. The company acquires, develops, and manages real estate assets. The current project is an 8-10 unit apartment complex in Los Angeles County. With a total rentable area of 7,500-9,000 square feet, the complex will have eight one-bedroom apartments and two two-bedroom apartments. B. Mohammad Mehdizadehnasrabadi founded Amia Investments in November 2020. The current round of crowdfunding has a minimum target of $200,000 and a maximum target of $1,070,000, and the proceeds will be used to acquire, construct, and develop the project. The project is expected to be completed in 2022.

 

Carmmunity

Carmmunity, an app for automotive enthusiasts, is raising funds on Silicon Prairie Online. The app works as the marketplace to buy, sell, and trade parts, in addition to finding local and national car events, meeting new friends, and easily connecting with other users. Daniel Balto founded Carmmunity in 2016. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding campaign, with a minimum goal of $103,500 and a maximum goal of $150,000, will be used for marketing, legal expenses, and hiring. Carmmunity uses a combination of enterprise-grade technologies and has run a successful beta. The business has a huge social media following with 100% organic growth.

 

ABR First Capital

ABR First Capital, a provider of asset-based lending, is raising crowdfunding on Silicon Prairie Online. The company gives short-term accounts receivable financing to commercial construction contractors working under federal, state, and local government contracts. Frank Bashore founded ABR First Capital in July 2020. The current crowdfunding raise has a minimum target of $1,000 and a maximum target of $107,000. The proceeds of the raise will be used for growth and expansion. ABR First Capital charges a fee for advancing asset-based loans and is guaranteed to be paid by government agencies.

 

Tenacity Holdings

Tenacity Holdings, a blind pool fund, is raising crowdfunding on Silicon Prairie Online. The company plans to network with commercial land and real estate development companies to identify unusable land parcels and convert them into higher purpose use. The beef is also raised without any cruelty and hormones and is free-range, loved, and grass-fed. Ryan Bestor founded Teton Bagel in February 2021. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding campaign, with a minimum target of $30,000 and a maximum target of $60,000, will be used for kitchen equipment and building renovation. Teton Bagel will offer fresh homemade bagels, teas, coffees, and more to the farmers and ranchers of Idaho.
