Predictiv, with a valuation cap of $5.5 million, is raising funds on Republic. The company has developed a comprehensive solution to measure the risk of about 16,000 diseases. The platform uses DNA next-generation sequencing to assess risk levels, sequence genes, analyze drugs, and simulate reactions to drugs. Sajung Yun and Sijung Yun founded Predictiv in July 2020. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum target of $25,000 and a maximum target of $107,000. The proceeds will be used to improve the UI/UX, execute partnerships in the US and Asia, and expand the solution. Predictiv has filed two patents and expects to generate revenue of $70 million by 2024.

 

Roomongo

Roomongo, with a pre-money valuation of $5 million, is raising crowdfunding on Wefunder. The company has developed one site for searching and booking hotels, rentals, rooms, and more. It is relaunching its site hotels with below-market rates for members only. Patrick O’Hara and Rob O’Connor founded Roomongo in 2017. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding raise, with a minimum goal of $50,000 and a maximum goal of $250,000, will be used for marketing and social media, development, design, and API, admin, support, and customer service. Roomongo plans to become a single streamlined trip planning hub that will help people create their trips, add their favorites, invite friends, and collaborate.

 

Movie Gym Rat

Movie Gym Rat, a feature film on addiction and transformation, is raising funds on Wefunder. The film will be based on the life of a fitness freak who gets a job selling steroids for a gym owner. He spirals deeper into the cycle of violence and drugs and evolves from there. Movie Gym Rat is produced by Korstiaan Vandiver and Joshua Murray, with Ron Newcomb and Travis Brown as associate producers. The current round of crowdfunding has a minimum target of $85,000 and a maximum target of $185,000. The funds will be used to complete production and editing, cover post-production expenses, and for advertising. Movie Gym Rat is already 80% filmed and is expected to have a powerful and positive impact on society.

 

Worth

Worth, with a valuation cap of $6.5 million, is raising crowdfunding on Wefunder. The company has built software that helps businesses convert their customers into marketers. The proprietary search engine of Worth assists in identifying the customers on social media. Patrick Kim and Aditya Mitra founded Worth in 2018 and raised more than $500,000 since the inception. The Studio Creative Group

Along with producing its own theatrical content, The Studio Creative Group also works as a consultant and partner for independent filmmakers. It helps collect gym membership, manage inventory, manage belt promotion, and communicate with students. Juno Jo founded DOJO+ in 2019. The proceeds of the raise will target development, social media marketing, and content marketing. Duplex Cinema & Cafe

Duplex Cinema & Cafe, an upcoming movie theatre in Albuquerque, NM, is raising funds on MainVest. The company aims to disrupt the cinema industry with its cafe, cinema, and concessions drive-thru.
