Irrigreen, with a $16 million valuation cap, is raising crowdfunding on Republic. The company has developed a water sprinkler system that helps save 50% more water than traditional systems. The Digital Sprinkler Head of Irrigreen spreads water according to the shape of the landscaping, thus eliminating wastage. Shane Dyer founded Irrigreen in 2011 and has raised $4.9 million since the inception. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $25,000 and a maximum target of $1,070,000. The funds will be used to expand into large commercial landscaping, including parks, sports fields, and golf courses. Irrigreen’s technology is IP-protected with six granted patents. The company has reported more than 300 installations since its product launch.

 

Jane West

Jane West, with a valuation cap of $15 million, is raising funds on Republic. The company makes and sells products needed to improve the experience and benefits of cannabis in both legalized and prohibition states. The hemp-derived products of Jane West include CBD sticks, CBD coffee, hemp mini joints, and hemp blends. The company also offers a proprietary travel collection. Jane West founded Jane West in March 2016. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum raise of $25,000 and a maximum raise of $205,000, will be used to launch new products. Jane West is a globally-acknowledged brand and has raised more than $1.8 million since its inception. The company’s 30 signature products are available both online and in stores in 13 US states and across Canada.

 

Commissary Club

Commissary Club, with a $10 million valuation cap, is raising crowdfunding on Republic. The company has developed a social network for people with criminal histories to help them find employment. The platform also functions as a place for people with a criminal history to meet, share advice, and serve as role models for one another. Richard Bronson founded Commissary Club in August 2016 and has raised more than $1.7 million in previous rounds of funding. The current crowdfunding round of the company has a minimum goal of $25,000 and a maximum goal of $371,055. The raise proceeds will target marketing, key personnel hiring, and building out the platform. Commissary Club is the rebranding of the company’s successful platform, 70 Million Jobs. The company already has more that 11 million people in the community, and it generated $40 million in revenue by the third year.

 

SwayBrand

SwayBrand, with a pre-money valuation of $6.8 million, is raising funds on SeedInvest. The platform connects brands and brand ambassadors together to collaborate on creative partnerships. The brands are usually connected to ambassadors who originated cultural trends to create more brand impact. Horace L. Flournoy and Israel Idonije founded SwayBrand in 2015 and raised more than $450,000 in previous rounds of financing. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding campaign, with a minimum raise of $25,000 and a maximum raise of $950,000, will be used for product development, sales development, marketing, hiring personnel, and general and administrative expenses. SwayBrand has already signed a contract with Conagra Brands and established a partnership with Shipbob.

 

SideStream

SideStream, with a $5 million valuation cap, is raising crowdfunding on MicroVentures. It is a live social video platform that allows normal individuals and influencers to host live screening parties for popular movies. The hosts get to participate in the revenues generated from their hosted events. Neal Tiles and Kevin Pereira founded SideStream in 2015 and raised $405,000 in previous rounds of financing. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding raise, with a minimum target of $25,000 and a maximum target of $500,000, will be used for marketing, research and development, repayment of legal fees, and operations. SideStream entered into a partnership agreement with Universal Studios in December 2020 which will enable the platform to offer popular Universal titles.

 

Dazed Brewing

Dazed Brewing, a brewery in Lauderhill, FL, is raising crowdfunding on MainVest. The company already operates a brewery and plans to add food, music, and art to make it a taproom. The brewery system will include a 20-gallon pilot system with fermenters and a barrel-aging program. Joshua Breault founded Dazed Brewing in August 2020. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum raise of $100,000 and a maximum raise of $107,000, and the funds will be used for the buildout of the taproom and purchasing the 3 BBL Brewhouse. Dazed Brewing is all set to bring a great atmosphere, amazing beer, and live music to the town of Lauderhill.

 

PittMoss

PittMoss, with a $7.5 million valuation cap, is raising funds on Republic. The company makes next-generation soils that are good for the plants and the planet. The PittMoss soils are made from upcycled material and allow more air, water, and nutrients to reach the plants. The products of PittMoss are made from locally-sourced ingredients, like organic paper waste, which are then broken down, processed, and recycled. PittMoss was founded by Mont Handley and Brian Scott in January 2015 and has raised more than $4.45 million since its inception. The current round of crowdfunding has a minimum goal of $25,000 and a maximum goal of $297,000. The proceeds will be used to expand the sales, marketing, production, and distribution efforts. PittMoss is already selling in more than 150 stores in 22 states of the US and has generated more than $900,000 in revenue to date.

 

Myro

Myro, with a $15 million valuation cap, is raising funds on Republic. The company makes refillable plant-powered body care products that are environment-friendly. It has started with deodorants and has invested in R&D to create long-lasting, non-toxic, clean, and refillable deodorants. Georgiy Laptevsky founded Myro in 2017 and has raised more than $10 million since the inception. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding campaign, with a minimum goal of $25,000 and a maximum goal of $1,070,000, will be used to develop and launch new products, including refillable body wash and body mist. Myro has booked over $8 million in revenue in two years, along with eliminating 16.5 tons of plastic waste.

 

Happy Bond

Happy Bond, with a valuation cap of $16 million, is raising crowdfunding on Wefunder. The company makes science-based nutritional products for pets that help them live a healthy life. The products of Happy Bond include HappyAgain Collagen+ for hip and joint wellness of senior dogs, HappyDays for adult dogs, and HappyStart for pups. Anja Skodda founded Happy Bond in 2017. The current crowdfunding round of the company has a minimum target of $100,000 and a maximum target of $1,000,000. The raise proceeds will target marketing, inventory, and salaries. Happy Bond reported a three times growth from the first quarter of 2020 to the third quarter of 2020, with 40% of the customers as subscribers.

 

Debellation Brewing Company

Debellation Brewing Company, an upcoming brewery in Richmond Hill, GA, is raising crowdfunding on MainVest. It is going to be the first craft beer brewery in the city of Richmond Hill, offering new styles and flavors of the beer. The brewery will make twelve unique flavors of premium craft beer using high-quality raw material. David Goodell founded Debellation Brewing Company in 2019. The brewery will be built at a prime location and among a community of loyal customers.

 

Kaboodle

Kaboodle, with a $20 million valuation cap, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company has developed a social media platform for pets and pet parents. The platform aims to connect pets and their parents for blogs, playdates, pictures, videos, and all animal-related services. Larry Loyd founded Kaboodle in 2018. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum goal of $50,000 and a maximum goal of $1,070,000. The raise proceeds will target advertising and marketing, sales and salaries, T&E and hosting, payroll and benefits, and continued development. Kaboodle.pet is developed completely and is ready to be launched in the first quarter of 2021. The data is then used for risk evaluations, medical diagnosis, and treatments. AJ Rosenthal founded General Genomics in April 2020. General Genomics’ technology will revolutionize the understanding of individual health risks, especially during the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

 

Blue Gold Works

Blue Gold Works, with a $5 million valuation cap, is raising funds on Wefunder. It is a safe water enterprise that develops earth-friendly and affordable water treatment plants to serve urban neighborhoods. The treatment plants employ local people, generating employment for them. Lynn Langford, Alex Omijeh, and Jake Liebenberg founded Blue Gold Works in 2017. Footcoin is led by a team of experts and advisors with decades of experience in discovering and training football talents. The company also has sports control over the team from Portugal and a relationship network in Brazil.

 

Plain Sight

Plain Sight, with a valuation cap of $10 million, is raising funds on Republic. The company has developed an app that helps people make meaningful connections through reimagined networking. mySongbird

mySongbird, with a pre-money valuation of $14.6 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. It is an OTT platform for streaming music concerts. The app will revolutionize the music industry with its ultimate concert viewing experience that aligns the interests of artists, fans, and the world as a whole. Michael Mountford founded mySongbird in September 2020. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum goal of $200,000 and a maximum goal of $1,070,000. Vestigo is working the best during the COVID pandemic when the need for virtual team building is at its peak. The current clients of the company include Microsoft, Home Depot, EY, and AT&T, among others.

 

Magic Valley Brewing

Magic Valley Brewing, a brewery in Buhl, ID, is raising funds on MainVest. It is the oldest operating craft brewery in Twin Falls County and serves food and drinks made with local ingredients. It is a public house where friends and families get together to enjoy each other’s company. Richard White Sr. and Judy White founded Magic Valley Brewing in 2016. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding raise, with a minimum goal of $10,000 and a maximum goal of $50,000, will be used to expand the brewery by opening the taproom Pub on Main. The funds will also be used to complete the Brewery Beer Garden buildout, purchase new fermenters and a bright tank, and increase the distribution. Magic Valley Brewing makes exotic spirits and has established itself well in the community.

 

20/20 GeneSystems

20/20 GeneSystems, with a pre-money valuation of $38.5 million, is raising funds on StartEngine through Reg A+ crowdfunding. It is a diagnostics company with a successful track record in cancer detection with its AI-powered multi-cancer blood test, OneTest. The company has recently launched CoronaCheck, its FDA authorized antibody lab test for COVID-19 antibodies. 20/20 GeneSystems was founded by Jonathan Cohen in 2000. The current round of funding has a round size of $14,700,000. The proceeds will be used for sales and marketing, research and development, intellectual property development and protection, and cybersecurity and patient privacy protections. 20/20 GeneSystems has already sold over 70,000 COVID-19 antibody tests since its launch in March 2020, and year-over-year revenues have grown by over 600%.

 

Flower Turbines

Flower Turbines, with a valuation of $61.7 million, is raising funds on StartEngine through Reg A+ crowdfunding. The company has created small wind turbines that are sleek, innovative, and efficient. The turbines of Flower Turbines also address the problems of turbulence and design and are disrupting the industry through the cluster effect of its turbines. Flower Turbines was founded by Dr. Daniel Farb in 2013. The current round of crowdfunding has a maximum target of $14,490,000. The funds will be used for marketing, engineering, R&D, manufacturing, public relations, patents and intellectual property, and general and administrative expenses. Flower Turbines has four granted patents, and its turbines increase productivity by 20-50% due to the cluster effect.

 

Innovega

Stephen Willey and Jerome Legerton founded Innovega in 2008 and raised more than $11 million in previous rounds of financing. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding raise, with a minimum target of $750,000 and a maximum target of $15,000,000, will be used towards corporate payroll, clinical expenses, engineering expenses, administration expenses, and facilities and equipment. Innovega has 14 issued US patents and 13 pending patents. The product of Innovega has completed pre-clinical testing, and clinical trials are underway.
