StadiumDrop

StadiumDrop, a peer-to-peer food delivery service, is raising crowdfunding on Wefunder. The business offers an in-seat food delivery service where fans can order and receive food right at their seats in the stadium. The service prevents distractions and the risk of missing the moment. Kristen McAbee, Adam McAbee, and Gary Pearson founded StadiumDrop in January 2020. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum raise of $50,000 and a maximum raise of $500,000, will be used for operational expenses, acquisitions of new venues and contracts, and app development beyond the MVP. StadiumDrop has already launched and proven its delivery concept at three universities during the COVID-19 pandemic and has opportunities for rapid expansion in the next twelve months.

 

Diamante Blockchain

Diamante Blockchain, with a $12.5 million valuation cap, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company is leveraging proprietary blockchain infrastructure for payments and financing. The Diamante Ecosystem consists of Diamante Net, PayCircle, DiamCircle, DIAM, CreditCircle, and Diamante Consortium. Dinesh Patel and Chirag Jetani founded Diamante Blockchain in 2018. The current round of crowdfunding has a minimum target of $50,000 and a maximum target of $1,070,000. The funds will be used for product development and maintenance, admin and operations, marketing and business development, and accounting expenses. Diamante Blockchain aims to deploy its payments solution by April 2021 and expects to generate revenue of more than $100 million by 2025.

 

Bloom Stack

Bloom Stack, with a valuation cap of $9.5 million, is raising crowdfunding on Wefunder. The company has developed a seamless operational integration for companies in the business of legal cannabis, hemp, and CBD. The system takes all the platforms and systems these operators are using and migrates the complete data into a single and integrated platform. Eric Delisle and Matthew Michaels founded Bloom Stack in 2018. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum goal of $200,000 and a maximum goal of $1,070,000, will be used for the expansion of the implementation team, Bloomstack Academy Training programs, public launch insurance, and marketing. Bloom Stack reported five times revenue growth from 2019 to 2020. The system is suitable for nearly any kind of business and is launching its new Bloomstack Companion App in 2021.

 

Real Made Overnight Oats

Real Made Overnight Oats, with a valuation cap of $8 million, is raising crowdfunding on Republic. The company offers a nutritious, tasty, and convenient breakfast experience with its ready-to-eat oats meals. The meals are organic, without sugar, non-GMO, and plant-based. Jessica Price and Barry Nalebuff founded Real Made Overnight Oats in March 2019 and have raised more than $1 million since the inception. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum raise of $25,000 and a maximum raise of $1,070,000. The funds will be used to ramp up social media advertising, expand the ambassador program, and diversify the product portfolio. Real Made Overnight Oats sells at more than 750 stores, including Amazon, Walmart, Safeway, and Sprouts. The company generated more than $500,000 in revenue in the past twelve months and expects to reach $12 million in revenue by 2024.

 

PaQui Tequila

PaQui Tequila, with a pre-money valuation of $15 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. The company makes delicious and luxurious tequila with floral, grassy aromas, sweet agave fruit, and a smooth finish. The tequila is handcrafted using Blue Weber Agave in sterile conditions and using fresh wine yeast. John Chappell founded PaQui Tequila in June 2017. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum target of $9,998.26 and a maximum target of $4,389,436. The funds will be used for marketing, expansion to more states, and establishing the brand. PaQui Tequila offers a delicious taste profile along with its fun spirit and huge market opportunity.

 

Cooked Goose Catering

Cooked Goose Catering, a food catering service in Pennsylvania, is raising crowdfunding on Honeycomb. The company offers food catering services for weddings, church functions, birthdays, baptisms, graduations, anniversaries, and corporate events. The core elements of the business include high-quality food, a welcoming environment, and excellent service. Timothy Burke and Cynthia Burke founded Cooked Goose Catering in 2011. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum goal of $50,000 and a maximum goal of $150,000, will be used to expand into an additional space for the retail operations. Cooked Goose Catering reported more than $2 million in both 2019 and 2020 and remained profitable even during the pandemic.

 

Better World Refill Shop

The business helps the community reduce plastic waste by bringing in their own vessels to refill with natural products. The business helps eliminate excessive plastic and increase sustainability. Rachel Regula founded Better World Refill Shop in January 2021. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum raise of $30,000 and a maximum raise of $80,000. The funds will target opening a second shop, purchasing products for the second shop, and marketing. Better World Refill Shop has saved more than 4,000 containers from the landfill since its launch and has been profitable during the pandemic.

 

Bluelight

Bluelight, with a $14 million valuation cap, is raising crowdfunding on Wefunder. The company has developed a financial data platform for high-performing businesses. The platform uses software to aggregate and benchmark metrics from startups. Alex Lee, Alex Dixon, and Stewart Lamke founded Bluelight in August 2020. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum target of $50,000 and a maximum target of $200,000, will be used towards engineering, business development, marketing, and operations. Bluelight has a strong founding team and already has an MRR of $2,000 with its ten customers. The business has launched at the right time when economic crisis and disparate software innovation is reaching finance.

 

Driven Technologies

Driven Technologies, with a valuation cap of $3.3 million, is raising funds on SeedInvest. The company has built a patented and award-winning replacement for greasy bike chains with its Driven bike drivetrain sets. The Driven System is simple, affordable, visually stunning, and mechanically and aerodynamically efficient. Jason Smith founded Driven Technologies in November 2020. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum raise of $25,000 and a maximum raise of $1,000,000. The proceeds will be used for product development, sales and marketing, manufacturing, and G&A. Driven Technologies has multiple granted and pending patents in the US, Asia, and Europe, and received the Innovation Award at EuroBike 2018.

 

Mama Gaia

Mama Gaia, with a pre-money valuation of $7.01 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. The company designs and builds AI-powered, app-enabled smart fridges. The fridges are stocked with locally sourced and healthy food choices and can be unlocked with a smartphone and a QR code. Sarah Lynch founded Mama Gaia in March 2020. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $9,999.22 and a maximum target of $1,069,998.08, and the funds will be used to scale the business and use a franchise model to scale nationwide in 2022. Mama Gaia is leading the AI cashier-less retail technology and also uses AI to detect inventory.

 

Bioverge

Bioverge, with a post-money valuation of $11 million, is testing the waters on NetCapital. It is an investment platform that funds entrepreneurs with the aim to transform healthcare. The platform allows both accredited and non-accredited investors to invest in healthcare startups and support them. Neil J. Littman and Rick Gibb founded Bioverge in 2017. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum raise of $10,000 and a maximum raise of $1,069,999. The funds will be used for product development, sales and marketing, and general and administrative expenses. Bioverge has successfully closed 32 deals across 21 portfolio companies.

 

acQyr eXchange

acQyr eXchange, with a post-money valuation of $8.5 million, is testing the waters on NetCapital. The cloud-based platform allows mobile and video game players to issue, track, exchange, and redeem loyalty rewards points across multiple rewards programs. The users receive targeted offers, manage them, and redeem them into money. James Mulford founded acQyr eXchange in 2008. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding raise, with a minimum target of $10,000 and a maximum target of $1,070,000, will be used for customer service, technology team staffing, operations team staffing, game publisher acquisition, gamer acquisition, and technology deployment. acQyr eXchange has already signed six LOIs with game publishers and developers for growing its market presence.

 

Innovative Product Solutions

Innovative Product Solutions, with a post-money valuation of $7.07 million, is testing the waters on NetCapital. The management company sources new technology products and enables retailers to offer these incrementally different, innovative, and specialized products to their shoppers. Paul G Luna founded Innovative Product Solutions in May 2020. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum goal of $10,000 and a maximum goal of $1,070,000. The proceeds will be used for product procurement, sales team, marketing and trade shows, and compensation for managers. Innovative Product Solutions is revolutionizing the consumer goods market and is helping in establishing consumer support and product direction.

 

Batter on Deck

Batter on Deck, a food cart in Portland, OR, is raising funds on MainVest. The food cart sells corn dogs, other specialty sausages, and more high-quality food with excellent customer service. The offerings of Batter on Deck also include kids’ meals, tornado potatoes, and chips. Isiah Bostic founded Batter on Deck in March 2020. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum goal of $70,000 and a maximum goal of $100,000, will be used to open second and third locations. Batter on Deck aims to purchase new equipment, hire more employees, and gain more exposure in the nearby area. Eventually, Batter on Deck plans to get into stadiums in Oregon and around the country.

 

Back Porch Brewing

Back Porch Brewing, a brewery in Carlisle, PA, is raising crowdfunding on MainVest. The business is established as a home-based brewing operation and plans to expand to a commercial location. The brewery makes unique and good-tasting craft beers. Tim Wickard and Rod Harman founded Back Porch Brewing in 2019. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum target of $20,000 and a maximum target of $50,000, and the funds will be used to build a commercial kitchen and complete renovations. Back Porch Brewing will be located at an excellent location and cater to both locals and tourists.

 

Fort Defiance

The Rabbit Hole is led by an experienced team and will bring a historic charm to the nightlife scene in Houston.

 

Modgarden

The device uses AI to personalize factors like temperature, humidity, and water quality and enables roots to absorb more moisture than artificial sources. Aamar Khwaja and Alan Tratner founded Modgarden in October 2020. Hemptown Naturals

The flagship product of Hemptown Naturals, Light Hemp Sticks, is made using industrial hemp taken from the company’s family-run farm in Southern Oregon. Zayn Kalyan founded Hemptown Naturals in November 2020. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum goal of $100,000 and a maximum goal of $1,070,000, will be used for marketing, growing revenue, and maximizing profit. Hemptown Naturals uses five strains of hemp flowers to make its hemp sticks that work as an ideal alternative to tobacco cigarettes.

 

Paybby

Paybby, with a pre-money valuation of $20 million, is raising funds on Title3Funds. The company has developed a banking app, Wicket, for the Black and Brown communities and to enable peer-to-peer lending. The banking app empowers people and communities with no hidden fees, no minimum balance, and a free bank account. Hassan Miah founded Paybby in August 2020. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum target of $100,000 and a maximum target of $1,070,000, and the funds will be used to become the most trusted financial institution in the Black and Brown communities. Paybby aims to offer a variety of consumer loan advances and digital access to specialty federal transfer payments and healthcare payments.

 

Thin Film Interconnects

Thin Film Interconnects, with a pre-money valuation of $13 million, is raising crowdfunding on Title3Funds. The company is disrupting the semiconductor industry with its new technology, Through Silicon Via. The technology interconnects devices to devices and chips to chips through vertical holes filled with copper. Tae Young Lee founded Thin Film Interconnects in May 2018. Hey Mama Wines

Hey Mama Wines, with a $10 million pre-money valuation, is raising funds on StartEngine. The company makes delicious wines and supports women who are making a difference every day. The business approaches wine in a way that is relatable for modern moms. Lauren Strokes founded Hey Mama Wines in 2019. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum target of $10,000 and a maximum target of $1,070,000, and the funds will be used to expand the footprint and grow the brand through large partnerships. Hey Mama Wines is growing rapidly and is found in more than 45 accounts along the 30A corridor. The company expects its revenue to grow by 1,320% in 2021, with COGS expected to increase by 898% and total expenses expected to increase by 136%.

 

TOST Beverages

TOST Beverages, with a $12 million valuation cap, is raising crowdfunding on Republic. The company makes non-alcoholic beverages that everyone can enjoy to celebrate the special moments inclusively and positively. The beverages of TOST Beverages are currently available in two flavors: TOST and TOST ROSE. Brooks Addington founded TOST Beverages in 2014. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum raise of $25,000 and a maximum raise of $1,070,000, will be used for talent acquisition, partner expansion, product development, inventory management, PR and social media, and working capital. TOST Beverages generated revenue of more than $1 million in the last ten months. The revenue of the company grew 4.1 times from the first quarter of 2020 to the same period in 2021.

 

High Water Music Shop

High Water Music Shop, an upcoming record shop in Ridgewood, NY, is raising funds on MainVest. The shop plans to offer unique music releases, a variety of multi-generational workshops, and music-focused programming. The aim of the store is to connect music and art lovers over the love of sound. Sucio Smash founded High Water Music Shop in 2008. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum goal of $20,000 and a maximum goal of $60,000, will be used for renovations, marketing, operating capital, and miscellaneous expenses. High Water Music Shop will offer unique collaborative opportunities and educate the younger generation in the art of music production and record making.

 

GOffee

GOffee, a coffee delivery company with a pre-money valuation of $19.5 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. The company delivers coffee from people’s favorite coffee shops to their workplaces and combines mobile ordering, good coffee, eco-friendly cups, and quick delivery. GOffee has corporate monthly subscription plans ranging from $499 to $2,000. The company was founded by Vincent Meyer in February 2018 and is the first coffee delivery service in the US. The current round of crowdfunding has a minimum target of $9,999.72 and a maximum target of $1,069,996.83, and the funds will be used to increase the market share and develop more partnerships. GOffee is catering to a very hot coffee market and has been growing year-over-year since 2018.

 

Firehawk Brewpub

Firehawk Brewpub, an upcoming craft brewery in Mount Holly, NC, is raising funds on MainVest. The company plans to open a brewery making high-quality food and beverages along with paying homage to the history and heritage of the area. The brewery will combine the vibes of a bbq shack, fish camp, church potluck, and model techniques. Scott Blackwood founded Firehawk Brewpub in April 2021. Ethiopic Co

Ethiopic Co, an upcoming Ethiopian cafe and restaurant in Baltimore, MD, is raising crowdfunding on MainVest. The restaurant already has a location in Washington, DC, since 2010 and has been known as a quick-service cafe and restaurant. The cafe comes with an open space with historical features and a hand-crafted menu. Meseret Bekele founded Ethiopic Co in 2019 and plans to open a second location soon. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum goal of $25,000 and a maximum goal of $150,000, and the funds will be used for the space buildout of the new location. Ethiopic Co has been the best of DC winner for multiple years and has been featured on Travel Network/Food Network.

 

MOJO Licensing

MOJO Licensing, with a pre-money valuation of $10.1 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company makes official NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL, NCAA, and PGA Tour branded backpacks and luggage. It is a one-stop-shop for sports fans to be a part of their team and carry it along to school, work, or vacations. Mario Simonson founded MOJO Licensing in January 2016. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum raise of $50,001 and a maximum raise of $1,007,498, will be used towards marketing and working capital. MOJO Licensing currently sells through Amazon, Target, Bed Bath & Beyond, Home Goods, Home Depot, and team stores.

 

Exit 6

Exit 6, with a pre-money valuation of $4.33 million, is raising funds on Fundanna. The hemp/CBD company works towards the distribution of retail products via vending machines. The CBD vending machines of Exit 6 will be placed at airports, malls, convenience stores, and other places. Alan Shetzer founded Exit 6 in April 2020. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $10,000 and a maximum target of $1,070,000. The proceeds will be used for equipment, business development, marketing and PR, salaries, and legal and accounting expenses. Exit 6 will take CBD products from established vendors and make them more available to customers.

 

CTC Ventures

CTC Ventures, with a pre-money valuation of $3 million, is raising crowdfunding on Fundanna. The company aims to sell and distribute Exit 6 CBD products through online sales. The DIY spikes can be mounted to the soles of almost any sneakers to play golf in comfort and style. Tyler Stuart, John Krosky, and Matt Mockus founded Golfkicks in October 2020. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum raise of $25,000 and a maximum raise of $1,070,000. The funds will be used to expand globally, launch new partnerships, and meet demands in new markets. Golfkicks has generated $1.09 million in TTM revenues with a gross margin of 55%. The product is a number one bestseller on Amazon, with more than 25,000 customers.

 

Sterling Transportation

Sterling Transportation, with a pre-money valuation of $2 million, is raising funds on TruCrowd. It is a transportation company that organizes bus tours with a high customer service mindset. The services of Sterling Transportation include trips to wineries, bachelorette night outs, wedding transportation, and prom transportation. Robert John Zajac founded Sterling Transportation in May 2016. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum raise of $10,000 and a maximum raise of $1,070,000. The funds will be used to add offices and garages, make additions to the fleet, hire management, and disrupt seasonality. Oasis Grocery Direct

Oasis Grocery Direct forms supply chain partnerships with regional grocers, farmers, and distributors to allow customers to get access to the food they want. Kirsten Jones founded Oasis Grocery Direct in March 2021.
