Salem Cycle and Marblehead Cycle

Salem Cycle and Marblehead Cycle, a bike shop in Salem, MA, is raising funds on MainVest. The business sells, services, and repairs bikes. The company deals with electric bikes, folding bikes, and cycling accessories. Daniel Shuman founded Salem Cycle and Marblehead Cycle in December 2013. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum goal of $25,000 and a maximum goal of $50,000, will be used to introduce mobile repairs services and pay for inventory. Salem Cycle and Marblehead Cycle offers great value, attentive service, and quality workmanship to its customers. Actipulse Neuroscience

Actipulse Neuroscience, with a $10 million valuation cap, is raising crowdfunding on Republic. The company has developed its proprietary neuromodulation medical device to treat major depressive disorder in hospital settings. The business also aims to bring non-invasive treatment to patients’ homes. Adrien Chatillon founded Actipulse Neuroscience in June 2019. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum raise of $25,000 and a maximum raise of $1,070,000, and the funds will be used to expand the business beyond the US and the LATAM markets. Actipulse Neuroscience has generated $2 million in lifetime revenues and has been profitable since 2019. The hospital-setting devices generate $30,000 per end-user per year.

 

SkillMil

SkillMil, a human resources technology company, is raising funds on Republic. The platform uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to connect organizations with highly qualified veteran talent. Noel Gonzalez founded SkillMil in 2016. The crowdfunding round has a minimum target of $50,000 and a maximum target of $500,000, and the proceeds will be used for growth and expansion. SkillMil quickly translates resumes and job data into a shareable profile, matches them with superior opportunities, and connects candidates to candidates and candidates to hiring managers. The platform serves veterans, veteran support organizations, hiring managers, colleges, and enterprises.

 

American Flag Football League

American Flag Football League (AFFL), with a pre-money valuation of $20 million, is testing the waters on SeedInvest. The entertainment company presents live events and content related to the rapidly growing sport of Flag Football. AFFL is bringing together the worldwide community of players and fans of Flag Football and helping it grow. Jeff Lewis founded American Flag Football League in October 2016. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum raise of $25,000 and a maximum raise of $107,000, will be used towards the league’s operations through 2022. American Flag Football League had an NFL partnership and an NFL network deal in 2018 and has a multiyear deal with CBS Sports to start broadcasting games this fall.

 

Accelerate3D

Accelerate3D, with a $6 million valuation cap, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company is using its patent-pending technology to build the future of on-demand manufacturing through 3D printing. The machine has the ability to print delivery drones, security robots, and robots used in warehouses and construction. Riley Knox founded Accelerate3D in January 2018. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding raise, with a minimum goal of $200,000 and a maximum goal of $1,070,000, will target pilot micro-factory setup, hardware and software development, future IP filings, and the first service-ready 3D printer. Accelerate3D is bringing affordable and accessible manufacturing back to the US. The product has received rave reviews from pilot customers, including Braden Reiber.

 

UpCounsel

UpCounsel, with a valuation cap of $28 million, is raising crowdfunding on Wefunder. The company has developed an online marketplace to connect businesses with a network of experienced independent attorneys. The platform makes it affordable and convenient for small businesses to hire attorneys by eliminating overhead and high hourly rates. KJ Erickson founded UpCounsel in June 2021. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum target of $50,000 and a maximum target of $5,000,000. The funds will be used for sales and marketing, new product development, operations, and attorney success. UpCounsel has a $2.6 million revenue run rate and has saved users $12 million in legal fees in the past year alone.

 

Cityzenith

Cityzenith, with a pre-money valuation of $36.4 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company has developed its SmartWorldOS Digital Twin software platform to solve the efficiency and carbon emissions problems related to buildings and infrastructure. The technology allows users to create virtual twins of physical buildings leading to cost savings and higher efficiencies. Michael Jansen founded Cityzenith in April 2009. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum raise of $50,000 and a maximum raise of $5,000,000, will be used towards sales and marketing, project delivery, R&D, and working capital. Cityzenith’s technology helps cities cut costs by 35% and reduce carbon emissions by up to 100%.

 

Tocca

Tocca, with a $10 million valuation cap, is raising crowdfunding on Wefunder. The company creates customized virtual spaces for companies. The companies get their own white-label virtual space with configurable building blocks leading to higher efficiency and lower costs. Tommaso Trionfi and Stephane Paquet founded Tocca in May 2018. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum goal of $50,000 and a maximum goal of $250,000. The proceeds will be used for marketing, sales, and hiring technical talent. Tocca is led by a strong management team and won the top performer spring 2021 award in Virtual Event Platform. The company already has 16 customers and has orders up 200% in the second quarter of 2021 compared to the first quarter.

 

glassFROGG

glassFROGG, with a $6 million valuation cap, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company has developed a digital platform that uses data and machine learning to help users save over 90% on medical care without health insurance. The platform allows employees to shop for affordable medical care, while the employers get to recruit and retain happy and healthy employees at a cost much lower than traditional insurance. Lucien Morin and Jake Fackrell founded glassFROGG in May 2017. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum goal of $100,000 and a maximum goal of $1,000,000, will be used towards hiring a business development director, hiring additional sales team members, and developing product enhancements. glassFROGG already has more than 160 customers and more than $370,000 in ARR.

 

Project 1411

Project 1411, an upcoming commercial kitchen in Baltimore, MD, is raising funds on MainVest. The business will operate as a community kitchen and event space in Southwest Baltimore. It will allow food entrepreneurs with a small customer base to expand their operations without the additional cost of maintaining a kitchen. Ashley Watson founded Project 1411 in June 2019. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum goal of $10,000 and a maximum goal of $250,000, will be used to complete the construction of the kitchen. Project 1411 will support the community and help small businesses with commercial-grade equipment and shared kitchen space.

 

PerformLive

Venture on Country Club

Venture on Country Club, a real estate company, is raising funds on Small Change. The company aims to acquire a 120-unit hotel located in Mesa, Arizona, and convert it into a residential apartment building. The platform combines mental factors, nutrition, physical analytics, and recovery to predict performance. Trung Tran founded Amplio.ai in April 2018. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum goal of $25,000 and a maximum goal of $1,070,000. The funds will be used to expand staffing, increase revenues, finish the MVP, and support expansion. Amplio.ai generated $2.1 million in revenue in 2020 and expects to generate $6.6 million in 2021. The business is led by a passionate team with experiences in AI, product development, neuroscience, and human performance.

 

HA!- The Healthier Alternative

HA!- The Healthier Alternative, with a valuation cap of $4 million, is raising crowdfunding on Republic. The business offers healthier alternatives to traditional snacks by using natural and plant-based ingredients. The snacks deliver a powerful crunch and bold flavor at low calories and high protein. Justin Wiesehan and Scott Jensen founded HA!- The Healthier Alternative in June 2020. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding raise, with a minimum goal of $25,000 and a maximum goal of $467,101, will target innovation and rebranding. Northeast Capital Fund II

Northeast Capital Fund II, a venture capital firm investing in urban communities, is raising funds on PicMii. The fund deals in real estate development, construction projects, and mortgage lending. The company raises money, invests it wisely, and shares profits with the investors. Duane A. Quamina founded Northeast Capital Fund II in April 2019. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum target of $10,000 and a maximum target of $5,000,000, and the funds will be used towards new projects. Northeast Capital Fund II aims to unlock credit access for the underserved communities and offer them access to homeownership and building wealth.

 

Dome Audio

Dome Audio, a sound technology company, is raising crowdfunding on PicMii. Mirlene Hilaire founded The Select Goods in April 2021. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding raise, with a minimum goal of $25,000 and a maximum goal of $100,000, will target renovation, equipment, and working capital. The Select Goods aims to become more than a basic grocery store. It will be located in a 2,550 square feet space in one of the busiest streets of Philadelphia.

 

Deep Sea Vegan

Deep Sea Vegan, a vegan restaurant in Nashville, TN, is raising crowdfunding on MainVest. The restaurant offers comfort food made using only edible flowers, plants, and vegetables, and everything is made from scratch using top-quality ingredients. It currently operates pop-ups and plans to open a brick-and-mortar location soon. Kendall Duffie and Kelvis Clyde Duffie founded Deep Sea Vegan in June 2021. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum target of $100,000 and a maximum target of $107,000, and the funds will be used for the buildout of the new location. Deep Sea Vegan is led by an experienced team and serves a nautical-themed healthy and vegan menu.

 

Harmonee

The company has designed the world’s first SOS mobile app that helps to call 911, alert loved ones, live stream video, and pinpoint location with just one tap. Kazoo is using technology to take emergency services to a whole new level. Peter J Goodman founded Kazoo in April 2019 and has raised more than $610,000 in previous rounds of financing. The proceeds of the current round of crowdfunding, with a minimum goal of $10,000 and a maximum goal of $307,801, will be used towards product development, marketing, payroll, and technology infrastructure. Kazoo has already secured marketing partnerships with leading organizations, including a partnership with the number one mobile app development company in the world and a tech partnership agreement with RapidSOS.

 

Love Sun Body

Love Sun Body, with a pre-money valuation of $31.3 million, is raising crowdfunding on StartEngine. The company has invested and manufactured the first 100% natural Ecocert Cosmos Natural sunscreen and application technology. The sunscreen is natural, non-toxic, and has passed the world’s most rigorous certification processes. Dr. Terry Zickerman founded Love Sun Body in 2012. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum target of $9,999 and a maximum target of $1,999,999.10, will be used for growth and expansion. Love Sun Body has developed a revolutionary product that is completely safe for the body and the environment.

 

Inahsi Naturals

Inahsi Naturals, with a $6 million valuation cap, is raising funds on Republic. The company makes quality products for naturally curly hair textures. The hair care products of Inahsi Naturals define curls, moisturize, strengthen, repair damaged hair, reduce frizz, and improve scalp health. Rhonda Marshall and Brian Marshall founded Inahsi Naturals in January 2019. Inahsi Naturals generated $541,000 in revenue in 2020, a 118% year-over-year increase from 2019. The business is compliant with EU regulations and has been profitable for three years.

 

Shoot My Travel

Shoot My Travel, with a valuation cap of $6 million, is raising crowdfunding on SeedInvest. The company has developed a global marketplace, ANGLE, to connect users with professional photographers in 450 cities worldwide. The marketplace has more than 950 photographers and helps to achieve collaboration, ingenuity, and versatility. Valerie Lopez founded Shoot My Travel in April 2018. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum goal of $25,000 and a maximum goal of $1,000,000. The proceeds will be used towards salaries, sales and marketing, B2B expansion, and Asia expansion. Ubihere

Ubihere, with a pre-money valuation of $25 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. The company has developed a suite of AI-powered products to be used in location tracking and interactive data collection and analysis. The commercial products of Ubihere support real-time tracking, tracing, locating, and monitoring of people, processes, and equipment. Dr. Alper Yilmaz founded Ubihere in October 2016. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum raise of $10,000 and a maximum raise of $1,070,000, will target growth and expansion. Ubihere’s patented technology is funded by NASA, DoD, National Geospatial Agency, and DoE and finds application in multiple markets.

 

Aptera Motors

Aptera Motors, an automobile manufacturing company, is raising funds independently through Reg A+ crowdfunding. The company is making electric vehicles with higher energy efficiency, better manufacturing efficiency, and lower costs. Chris Anthony founded Aptera Motors in 2019. The current crowdfunding round has no minimum target and a maximum target of $50,000,000. The raise proceeds will be used towards development and design, production and equipment, and general and administrative expenses. Aptera Motors already has more than $350 million in pre-orders, with 10,000 people having reserved a vehicle. The company is entering the growing electric vehicles market and aims to earn a significant portion of the growth.

 

Trebel Music

Trebel Music, with a pre-money valuation of $150 million, is raising funds independently through Reg A+ crowdfunding. The platform offers on-demand music to its users for free. The company is creating an entirely new music market with its brand-sponsored premium business model. Gary Mekikian, Corey Jones, and Luis Soto Durazo founded Trebel Music in 2014. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding raise, with no minimum target and a maximum target of $50,000,000, will be used towards promotion and marketing, operations, content and royalties, and research and development. Trebel Music established its proof of concept in 2019 and established the capability to scale and partner with big brands in 2020.

 

Uncommon Giving

Uncommon Giving, a financial services company, is raising funds independently through Reg A+ crowdfunding. The company is adding financial technology to charitable giving and changing the way people give, invest, and make an impact. Ron Baldwin founded Uncommon Giving in 2018. The current crowdfunding round has no minimum goal and a maximum goal of $50,000,000, and the funds will be used for technology enhancements, sales and marketing, and general corporate purposes. Uncommon Giving has already launched its first Uncommon ETF, Uncommon 50 Generosity Equity Index, that scores companies based on their community support, corporate philanthropy, and employee generosity benefits.

 

Rentberry

Rentberry, with a valuation of $25 million, is raising funds on StartEngine through Reg A+ crowdfunding. It is a fully automated global home rental platform. The application brings the tenants and landlords together and provides services like property marketing, tenant screening, rental auction, e-contracts, rental payments, and online data storage. Rentberry was founded by Oleskiy Lyubynskyy in 2015 and has raised more then $13 million since its inception. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding campaign, with no minimum raise and a maximum raise of $12,420,000, will be used for product development, salaries, marketing and sales, and acquisition of properties. Rentberry works on a freemium revenue model with revenues from enterprise clients, sale of insurance products, and revenue from Flexible Living and Happy Seniors platform.
