4URSPACE

4URSPACE, with a valuation cap of $5 million, is raising funds on SeedInvest. It is a SaaS platform that allows teams that are building and renovating commercial spaces to communicate and collaborate across multiple projects. The marketplace solution of 4URSPACE connects clients with vendors for all the projects. Stefano Sanchini founded 4URSPACE in 2011 and has raised over $200,000 since its inception. The current round of crowdfunding has a minimum goal of $25,000 and a maximum goal of $1,000,000. The funds will be used for customer acquisition, product development, new market expansion, and operating expenses. 4URSPACE has over 6,000 registered users, with more than 20,000 projects created on their platform.

 

Domaselo

Domaselo, a bakery in Miami, FL, is raising crowdfunding on MainVest. The bakery aims to reintroduce authentic baking using local ingredients, authentic methods, and love. The bread of Domaselo is free from additives and preservatives, organic, natural, and eco-friendly. Emil Hristov founded Domaselo in 2019. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding campaign, with a minimum raise of $100,000 and a maximum raise of $250,000, will be used for equipment, product development, technology development, branding & marketing, production expansion, and operating capital. Domaselo envisions creating a food brand around bread, a staple food. It also plans to launch new products soon.

 

Punky’s Brewing

Punky’s Brewing, an upcoming brewery in Lititz, PA, is raising funds on MainVest. The brewery plans to have a state-of-the-art backroom for brewing, canning, and shipping, a fun taproom with six rotating taps, a 1 Barrel brewing system, and non-alcoholic options. Punky’s Brewing is owned by Jared Forsythe and Brittany Forsythe. The current round of crowdfunding has a minimum target of $30,000 and a maximum target of $50,000, and the funds will be used for licensing and purchasing fermenters and brew system. Punky’s Brewing hopes to become a meeting place for local beer clubs and aims to become a bottle shop and community brewery.

 

Wackadoo Brewing

Wackadoo Brewing, an upcoming brewery in Three Rivers, MI, is raising crowdfunding on MainVest. The brewery will have a huge taproom and another room for live music and private events. The brewery will also serve lunch and dinner. Wackadoo Brewing is owned by Steven Fuller, a disabled Army veteran with a love for craft beer. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding campaign, with a minimum goal of $90,000 and a maximum goal of $107,000, will be used to purchase assets of the previous brewery. Wackadoo Brewing will be located in a friendly and vibrant neighborhood. It will offer a warm, comforting, and inviting ambiance to the tourists.

 

HighRes Labs

HighRes Labs, with a pre-money valuation of $3.6 million, is raising crowdfunding on Fundanna. It is a cannabis testing facility specializing in the analysis of hemp, CBD, and medical marijuana. HighRes Labs has top-tier technical talent, modern testing equipment, enhanced services, and rigorous testing and certification standards. Dr. Q. Wang and Rick Jones founded HighRes Labs in May 2020. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum raise of $10,000 and a maximum raise of $1,070,000. The proceeds will be used to secure the equipment lineup, rent a facility, and hire specialized staff. HighRes Labs is led by an experienced team and offers accurate, convenient, and speedy testing services.

 

Hemp CR

Hemp CR, a wholesale distributor of hemp and hemp-processed CBD, is raising funds on Crowdsource Funded. The company plans to supply hemp and CBD products to entrepreneurs and businesses that sell these products to end consumers. Hemp CR will offer low wholesale pricing and low minimum orders to its customers. Timothy Morales founded Hemp CR in June 2020. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum target of $10,000 and a maximum target of $100,000. Hemp CR intends to penetrate the hemp and CBD market in the USA and Latin America, with its pet CBD products as its bestsellers.

 

greenbox Robotics

greenbox Robotics, with a post-money valuation of $8.66 million, is raising funds on NetCapital. The platform enables customers to learn about and shop for modern wellness products. The curated mix of plant-based medicines of greenbox Robotics helps people manage stress, sleep better, and relax. Zack Johnson founded greenbox Robotics in 2017. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding campaign, with a minimum target of $10,000 and a maximum target of $250,00. The funds will be used for software updates, hardware engineering for Robot #1, product development for Robot #2, email marketing, robot insurance, PO for 200 new robots, and business expenses. greenbox Robotics sells through its CBD robots and works on four business models.

 

Laegacy

Laegacy, with a post-money valuation of $4.15 million, is raising crowdfunding on NetCapital. The company is building a personalized electric vehicle charging platform that allows electric vehicle owners to charge their vehicles anywhere, anytime. The users get to design the network by requesting charging locations. Alec Jansen and Dwi Sutandar founded Laegacy in March 2020. The current round of crowdfunding has a minimum goal of $10,000 and a maximum goal of $106,950. The proceeds will be used towards marketing, office space and supplies, accounting services, legal services, software development, and operational expenses. Laegacy has received funding from National Science Foundation Midwest and has won one national and one international competition award.

 

My Green Network

My Green Network, with a pre-money valuation of $8.5 million, is raising funds on MicroVentures. The company works on a shared-economy model to bring shared kitchen spaces to develop and manufacture cannabis and CBD-infused products. Ken Hwang and James Shih founded My Green Network in 2018. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum raise of $50,000 and a maximum raise of $1,070,000, will be used towards sales and marketing, manufacturing, R&D, equipment, construction, future wages, and working capital. My Green Network expects to open its first facility in Orange County, California, in December 2020 and will be equipped with seven cannabis production suites.

 

Move

Move, a community-owned digital retailer, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company has designed the retailer from the ground up, rethinking and modifying every part, from production to delivery. Move sells 150 modern staples and adds one new product every Sunday. Chai Mishra founded Move in 2016 and has raised over $2.7 million since its inception. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $50,000 and a maximum target of $535,000. The raise’s proceeds will be used for new hires, purchasing inventory, new categories, and operating costs. Move sources award-winning products that are made ethically and priced fairly. It is a members-only store that has already sold 10,000 years of membership.

 

Toffee. com

Toffee.com, with a valuation cap of $5 million, is raising crowdfunding on Wefunder. The platform allows users to buy and sell digital products online and aims to become eBay for digital goods. Toffee.com helps users create unlimited stores and listings for free, ship the products, generate coupons, and do so much more. Yousef Abdulhassan founded Toffee.com in April 2020. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum raise of $50,000 and a maximum raise of $1,070,000, will be used towards engineering costs, marketing, and augmenting the core team. Toffee.com has over 3,000 registered users, and 3,500 created listings. It is the easiest and fastest way to list digital goods online.

 

American Dreamhouse- Boeing Ave

American Dreamhouse- Boeing Ave, a residential fix and flip project in Los Angeles, is raising funds on Republic. The property is located at 7810 Boeing Avenue and is currently a 3-bedroom single-family home with a pool. After the renovation, the property will be converted into a 4-bedroom single-family home with a renovated pool and an outdoor entertaining space. The renovation will be carried out by Megan Blu of Meg Blu Home. The current round of crowdfunding has a minimum and maximum raise of $106,880, and the proceeds will be used for the complete renovation of the property. American Dreamhouse- Boeing Ave is expected to generate a quick return of capital with target closing in less than 12 months.

 

Dope Dog

Dope Dog, with a valuation cap of $5 million, is raising crowdfunding on Republic. The company has created hemp products with 100% real ingredients to treat dog anxiety. The products are pet-first and pet-only and aim to provide peace of mind to pets and their parents. Michael Benatar and Erin Mastopietro founded Dope Dog in July 2017. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum goal of $25,000 and a maximum goal of $500,000. The funds will be used to establish brand loyalty and enter into more partnerships with drug, grocery, and pet stores. Dope Dog is sold in more than 100 stores and reported a 187% increase in revenue from 2018 to 2019. The company was featured in Oprah Magazine on the pet “O-list” in October 2019.

 

VerseBooks

VerseBooks, with a pre-money valuation of $10 million, is raising funds on TruCrowd. The platform is using blockchain technology to revolutionize the process of music creation. VerseBooks supports virtual collaborations by connecting producers, songwriters, artists, labels, and publishing rights organizations. Ryan Larry and Delence A. Sheares Sr. founded VerseBooks in October 2020. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding campaign, with a minimum target of $10,000 and a maximum target of $1,070,000, will be used for marketing, product development, and working capital. VerseBooks has built its proprietary software application that enables collaboration, registration, creation, licensing and distribution of musical content.

 

South Bend Brew Werks

South Bend Brew Werks, a brewery in South Bend, IN, is raising funds on MainVest. The brewery serves a variety of craft beer, including Stargazer IPA, Emily’s Grapefruit IPA, and Touchdown Cheezus Grilled Cheese. It is now planning to relocate to a new location. South Bend Brew Werks was founded by Steve Lowe in 2017. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum raise of $50,000 and a maximum raise of $100,000, will be used towards space buildout and equipment & fixtures. South Bend Brew Werks’ new location will have 75% more capacity, outdoor patio seating, and doubled kitchen space to increase offerings.

 

GO Buddha

GO Buddha, a vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free food company, is raising funds on Honeycomb. The company creates and delivers healthy and nutritional meals, using ingredients that increase the bio-availability of nutrient uptake. The menu consists of salads and bowls, and the food is delivered in plastic-free compostable packaging. GO Buddha was founded by Chef Joshua Ingraham in 2019 and raised $23,000 through its previous raise on Honeycomb. The current round of crowdfunding has a minimum goal of $50,000 and a maximum goal of $200,000, and the funds will be used to scale up the footprint and implement self-serve and contactless kiosks. GO Buddha is entering the food market with excellent ideas and has been featured in Food Management magazine.

 

One Biosciences

One Biosciences, with a valuation cap of $5 million, is raising crowdfunding on Wefunder. The company is developing the first tech-enabled platform for Integrative Wellness solutions. The digital health platform will provide products and services, engagement, education, and analytics related to Integrative Wellness for healthcare providers and individuals. Ty Burgess and Tedrick Wright founded One Biosciences in March 2019. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum goal of $100,000 and a maximum goal of $1,070,000. The funds will be used towards platform development and commercialization and compensation of team members. One Biosciences has first-mover advantage and a large addressable market. The platform has completed its beta launch, and the company is prepared to expand the offering and speed up commercialization.

 

ShiftPosts

ShiftPosts, with a $4 million valuation cap, is raising crowdfunding on SeedInvest. It is an end-to-end workforce management platform for the healthcare industry. The platform helps to manage schedules, gaps, and talent, all from one screen. Elizabeth Cooper and Dave McLean founded ShiftPosts in 2018. The current round of crowdfunding has a minimum target of $25,000 and a maximum target of $1,070,000, and the funds will be used towards software development, staff, and sales and marketing. ShiftPosts signed a contract with the largest Rx retailer in Canada in the first year of its operations. The company’s monthly revenue grew 60% from May to June 2020 and 80% from July to August 2020.

 

I Got It

I Got It, with a pre-money valuation of $1.52 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. It is a mobile app that allows fans to bid real-time on experiences and merchandise of the sports teams they are watching live or remote. The company aims to engage fans, help them capture the moment, and enhance the monetization of souvenirs and memorabilia. Nicole Johnson founded I Got It in October 2020. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum raise of $50,000 and a maximum raise of $1,070,000, will be used to pay sponsorship fees for transactions with new sports franchises and pay expenses related to operations. I Got It has launched with the New Orleans Saints and has signed deals with the Cleveland Cavaliers, among others.

 

Debellation Brewing

Debellation Brewing Co., an upcoming brewery in Richmond Hill, GA, is raising crowdfunding on MainVest. It is going to be the first craft beer brewery in the city of Richmond Hill, offering new styles and flavors of beer. The brewery will make twelve unique flavors of premium craft beer using high-quality raw material. David Goodell founded Debellation Brewing Co. in 2019. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum raise of $15,000 and a maximum raise of $25,000, will be used for brewery buildout and startup capital. Debellation Brewing Co. is led by an extremely experienced team with prior knowledge of restaurant ownership. The brewery will be built at a prime location and among a community of loyal customers.

 

Vital Card

Vital Card, with a pre-money valuation of $10 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. It is the world’s first social credit card that pays users for spending and sharing responsibly. The card leverages social gamification and the gig economy and provides up to 5% cashback on all spendings. Chris Bridges, Adam Spencer, and Vincent Bradley founded Vital Card in 2017. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $9,999.24 and a maximum target of $1,069,999.02, and the funds will be used to speed up product development and reach the target market. The pre-launch campaign of Vital Card went viral. The company has 150,000 new waitlist members and a partnership with Evolve Bank and Trust.

 

Care Angel

Care Angel, with a pre-money valuation of $45.66 million, is raising crowdfunding on StartEngine. The company has developed a software solution that works as a virtual nurse assistant. The platform helps manage the health management of the population at scale and aims to drive better medical results at lower costs. Wolf Shlagman founded Care Angel in December 2015. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum goal of $9,999.09 and a maximum goal of $1,069,999.03, will be used to scale up the platform to reach and improve the lives of millions of people. Care Angel already works with several health plans, representing 600,000 members monthly. The solution has reported an engagement of 83% and a cost reduction of $41 per member per month.

 

Remedy Processors

Remedy Processors, with a valuation cap of $8.4 million, is raising funds on MicroVentures. The company offers remediation, isolation, separation, and custom formulation services and products to consumers and businesses in the hemp industry. Remedy Processors uses technology and in-house research and development to bring about unique cannabinoid experiences. Jason Burstein and Gabriel Mandell founded Remedy Processors in 2018. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding campaign, with a minimum raise of $25,000 and a maximum raise of $250,000, will be used towards equipment, general marketing, working capital, and general and administrative expenses. Remedy Processors generated record revenue of more than $60,700 in October 2020 and has generated over $303,000 in revenue through October 2020.

 

Camp Delaware Brewing Company

Camp Delaware Brewing Company, an upcoming brewery in Ohio, is raising funds on Honeycomb. The brewery will brew and serve premium quality craft beer. It will also serve hard seltzers, local wine, iced tea, lemonade, soda, kombucha, coffee, and iced coffee. Camp Delaware Brewing Company is owned by Todd Tucky. The current round of crowdfunding has a minimum target of $30,000 and a maximum target of $180,000, and the proceeds will be used as a down payment for the SBA loan. Camp Delaware Brewing Company will be the only brewery in Ohio using all Ohio barley in its recipes. The brewery will also have an event space to hold a group of up to 99 people.

 

Scoot! Cold Brew

Scoot! Cold Brew, a cold brew coffee producer in Ohio, is raising crowdfunding on Honeycomb. Scoot brews unique coffee with a little bit of honey to reduce any remaining bitter and acidic notes. The company also sells its coffee in bulk and reusable glass bottles. The brewed coffee of Scoot! Cold Brew can either be enjoyed hot or cold. Kari DeGraff and Abby founded Scoot! Cold Brew in October 2020. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding campaign, with a minimum raise of $30,000 and a maximum raise of $107,000, will be used to hire a sales consultant, build out a tasting room, purchase a delivery truck, build brand awareness, and scale up the operations. Scoot! Cold Brew has already received the Best of CLE award for its at-home cold brew mix-kits.

 

Wow Wow Lemonade

Wow Wow Lemonade, a lemonade stand in Hawaii, is raising funds on Honeycomb. The stand sells hand-pressed lemonades, limeades, plantation teas, acai and pitaya bowls, and superfood smoothies. The raw material used for the offerings is organic and sourced locally. Noelani Maglinti founded Wow Wow Lemonade in 2018. The current crowdfunding campaign of the company has a minimum goal of $20,000 and a maximum goal of $50,000. The raise proceeds will be used to purchase cogs, lemons, mason jars, lids for jars, and for overhead, inventory, and payroll. Wow Wow Lemonade uses biodegradable packaging and has been ranked the number one lemonade stand in Hawaii.

 

ModVans

ModVans, with a pre-money valuation of $25.3 million, is raising crowdfunding on Wefunder. The company manufactures and sells multipurpose camping vehicles for work, play, and family. The CV1 camper van of ModVans comes with comfortable seating for five passengers, two beds, and removable RV components. Pj Tezza and Laurie Tezza founded ModVans in 2012 and raised over $1.7 million since the inception. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum raise of $50,004 and a maximum raise of $400,000, will be used towards website overhaul, marketing videos, COGS inventory, and other legal expenses. ModVans has a proven demand with $12 million of deposit-backed reservations, $6 million of signed sales orders, and $3.6 million in revenue.

 

Olly Awake

Olly Awake, with a valuation cap of $1.5 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. It is an open-minded and empowered company focused on Gender Equal Apparel. The clothes of Olly Awake come in shapes rather than sizes and promote mutual respect and empowerment. Olly Awake was founded by Kevin Terry Smith in 2016. The current round of crowdfunding has a minimum target of $50,000 and a maximum target of $250,000, and the funds will be used for marketing, cost of goods, sampling, event expenses, and admin expenses. Olly Awake has a following of thousands of loyal and excited cheerleaders. It aims to redesign apparel and break the barriers.

 

Amani Nicol Wellness

Amani Nicol Wellness, a weight loss center in Pikesville, MD, is raising funds on MainVest. The center provides a variety of health and wellness services to develop the emotional and physical well-being of its clients. It uses a virtual HIPPA compliant platform and an app-based technology to ensure the privacy, safety, and security of its clients. Nik Sweeney founded Amani Nicol Wellness in July 2020. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum target of $7,000 and a maximum target of $15,000, will be used for marketing, lease payment, training lifestyle coaches, and trademark. Amani Nicol Wellness is Medicaid approved with live classes and social support.

 

Fresh Start Market

Fresh Start Market, an upcoming premium grocery store in Franklin, MA, is raising funds on MainVest. It is a unique niche concept of a local healthy food market and will supply healthy and fresh local meats, seafood, produce, dairy, baked goods, fresh and frozen foods, and value-added products. Bonnie and Mark Corso founded Fresh Start Market in September 2020. The current round of crowdfunding has a minimum raise of $50,000 and a maximum raise of $150,000, and the funds will be used for space buildout, equipment, and operating capital. Fresh Start Market will promote sustainable farming and agriculture and put more back into the local communities.

 

Arc Footwear

Arc Footwear, with a pre-money valuation of $8 million, is raising crowdfunding on StartEngine. The company develops multiple unique footwear brands under its umbrella company and brings innovative and digitally-native brands to market. Arc Footwear is creating footwear brands with hyper-target identities in mind. Sean Clarke founded Arc Footwear in June 2020. The current crowdfunding campaign of the company has a minimum goal of $10,000 and a maximum goal of $1,070,000. Arc Footwear’s first brand, SNKR Project, has received placement in over 270 stores and reported a 400% rise in sales in March 2019. The company plans to launch two new brands, Mayvn and Omni, soon.

 

Up Sonder

Up Sonder, with a pre-money valuation of $5.5 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. The platform enables individuals and businesses to hire a drone pilot quickly and easily through a national marketplace. The company is designing and developing charging infrastructure for autonomous drones based on its proprietary technology. Derek Waleko and Dr. Isaac Nabors founded Up Sonder in 2015. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum raise of $9,999.90 and a maximum raise of $1,069,995.95, will be used for growth and expansion. Up Sonder plans to transition from its current human-driven network to a completely autonomous system by building its autonomous drone charging network.

 

Digital Brands Group

Digital Brands Group, with a valuation of $35 million, is raising funds on StartEngine through Reg A+ crowdfunding. The company holds a portfolio of high growth digital-first apparel brands. It currently holds two brands and plans to make another acquisition in 2019. Mark Lynn and Hil Davis founded Digital Brands Group in 2013 and have raised over $12 million since the inception. The current round of crowdfunding has a minimum raise of $399,999 and a maximum raise of $10,000,000, and the funds will be used for marketing, personnel, and product buys. Digital Brands Group already has more than 86,000 customers and has generated lifetime revenues of $19.25 million.

 

Monogram Orthopaedics

Monogram Orthopaedics, a medical technology company, is raising funds on StartEngine through Reg A+ crowdfunding. The company is developing a product solution architecture to allow personalization of orthopedic implants. Monogram Orthopaedics is using 3D printing and robotics through automated digital image analysis algorithms. Dr. Douglas Unis founded Monogram Orthopaedics in 2016. The proceeds of the current round of funding, with no minimum target and a maximum target of $30,000,000, will be used to fund the development and pre-market submission of the Monogram total knee and robotic system. Monogram Orthopaedics has established a product-market fit and expects to start generating revenue by 2021.

 

Bobacino

Bobacino, an automated boba bar, is raising funds on StartEngine through Reg A+ crowdfunding. The bar uses robotic automation to make a variety of high-quality and affordable bubble teas. Bobacino offers a new boba experience with creativity, curiosity, and accessible luxury. Darian Ahler founded Bobacino in 2020. The raise is currently in the Test the Waters Phase. The funding round proceeds will be used for product development, payroll, marketing, and general administrative expenses. Bobacino is backed by Wavemaker Labs, a food automation focused venture studio. It has already built a fully-functioning prototype and plans to explore the untapped global boba market.
