The marketplace solution of 4URSPACE connects clients with vendors for all the projects. Stefano Sanchini founded 4URSPACE in 2011 and has raised over $200,000 since its inception. The current round of crowdfunding has a minimum goal of $25,000 and a maximum goal of $1,000,000. The funds will be used for customer acquisition, product development, new market expansion, and operating expenses. 4URSPACE has over 6,000 registered users, with more than 20,000 projects created on their platform.

 

Domaselo

Domaselo, a bakery in Miami, FL, is raising crowdfunding on MainVest. The bakery aims to reintroduce authentic baking using local ingredients, authentic methods, and love. The bread of Domaselo is free from additives and preservatives, organic, natural, and eco-friendly. Emil Hristov founded Domaselo in 2019. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding campaign, with a minimum raise of $100,000 and a maximum raise of $250,000, will be used for equipment, product development, technology development, branding & marketing, production expansion, and operating capital. Domaselo envisions creating a food brand around bread, a staple food. It also plans to launch new products soon.

 

Punky’s Brewing

Punky’s Brewing, an upcoming brewery in Lititz, PA, is raising funds on MainVest. The brewery plans to have a state-of-the-art backroom for brewing, canning, and shipping, a fun taproom with six rotating taps, a 1 Barrel brewing system, and non-alcoholic options. Punky’s Brewing is owned by Jared Forsythe and Brittany Forsythe. The current round of crowdfunding has a minimum target of $30,000 and a maximum target of $50,000, and the funds will be used for licensing and purchasing fermenters and brew system. Punky’s Brewing hopes to become a meeting place for local beer clubs and aims to become a bottle shop and community brewery.

 

Wackadoo Brewing

Wackadoo Brewing, an upcoming brewery in Three Rivers, MI, is raising crowdfunding on MainVest. The brewery will have a huge taproom and another room for live music and private events. The brewery will also serve lunch and dinner. Wackadoo Brewing is owned by Steven Fuller, a disabled Army veteran with a love for craft beer. Wackadoo Brewing will be located in a friendly and vibrant neighborhood. It will offer a warm, comforting, and inviting ambiance to the tourists.

 

HighRes Labs

HighRes Labs, with a pre-money valuation of $3.6 million, is raising crowdfunding on Fundanna. It is a cannabis testing facility specializing in the analysis of hemp, CBD, and medical marijuana. HighRes Labs has top-tier technical talent, modern testing equipment, enhanced services, and rigorous testing and certification standards. Dr. Q. Wang and Rick Jones founded HighRes Labs in May 2020. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum raise of $10,000 and a maximum raise of $1,070,000. The proceeds will be used to secure the equipment lineup, rent a facility, and hire specialized staff. HighRes Labs is led by an experienced team and offers accurate, convenient, and speedy testing services.

 

Hemp CR

greenbox Robotics, with a post-money valuation of $8.66 million, is raising funds on NetCapital. The platform enables customers to learn about and shop for modern wellness products. The curated mix of plant-based medicines of greenbox Robotics helps people manage stress, sleep better, and relax. Zack Johnson founded greenbox Robotics in 2017. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding campaign, with a minimum target of $10,000 and a maximum target of $250,00. The funds will be used for software updates, hardware engineering for Robot #1, product development for Robot #2, email marketing, robot insurance, PO for 200 new robots, and business expenses. greenbox Robotics sells through its CBD robots and works on four business models.

 

Laegacy

Laegacy, with a post-money valuation of $4.15 million, is raising crowdfunding on NetCapital. The company is building a personalized electric vehicle charging platform that allows electric vehicle owners to charge their vehicles anywhere, anytime. The users get to design the network by requesting charging locations. Alec Jansen and Dwi Sutandar founded Laegacy in March 2020. The current round of crowdfunding has a minimum goal of $10,000 and a maximum goal of $106,950. The proceeds will be used towards marketing, office space and supplies, accounting services, legal services, software development, and operational expenses. Laegacy has received funding from National Science Foundation Midwest and has won one national and one international competition award.

 

My Green Network

My Green Network, with a pre-money valuation of $8.5 million, is raising funds on MicroVentures. The company works on a shared-economy model to bring shared kitchen spaces to develop and manufacture cannabis and CBD-infused products. Ken Hwang and James Shih founded My Green Network in 2018. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum raise of $50,000 and a maximum raise of $1,070,000, will be used towards sales and marketing, manufacturing, R&D, equipment, construction, future wages, and working capital. My Green Network expects to open its first facility in Orange County, California, in December 2020 and will be equipped with seven cannabis production suites.

 

Move

Move, a community-owned digital retailer, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company has designed the retailer from the ground up, rethinking and modifying every part, from production to delivery. Move sells 150 modern staples and adds one new product every Sunday. Chai Mishra founded Move in 2016 and has raised over $2.7 million since its inception. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $50,000 and a maximum target of $535,000. The raise’s proceeds will be used for new hires, purchasing inventory, new categories, and operating costs. Move sources award-winning products that are made ethically and priced fairly. It is a members-only store that has already sold 10,000 years of membership.

 

Toffee. com

Toffee.com, with a valuation cap of $5 million, is raising crowdfunding on Wefunder. The platform allows users to buy and sell digital products online and aims to become eBay for digital goods. Toffee.com helps users create unlimited stores and listings for free, ship the products, generate coupons, and do so much more. Yousef Abdulhassan founded Toffee.com in April 2020. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum raise of $50,000 and a maximum raise of $1,070,000, will be used towards engineering costs, marketing, and augmenting the core team. Toffee.com has over 3,000 registered users, and 3,500 created listings. It is the easiest and fastest way to list digital goods online.

 

American Dreamhouse- Boeing Ave

American Dreamhouse- Boeing Ave, a residential fix and flip project in Los Angeles, is raising funds on Republic. The property is located at 7810 Boeing Avenue and is currently a 3-bedroom single-family home with a pool. After the renovation, the property will be converted into a 4-bedroom single-family home with a renovated pool and an outdoor entertaining space. The renovation will be carried out by Megan Blu of Meg Blu Home. The current round of crowdfunding has a minimum and maximum raise of $106,880, and the proceeds will be used for the complete renovation of the property. American Dreamhouse- Boeing Ave is expected to generate a quick return of capital with target closing in less than 12 months.

 

Dope Dog

Dope Dog, with a valuation cap of $5 million, is raising crowdfunding on Republic. The company has created hemp products with 100% real ingredients to treat dog anxiety. The products are pet-first and pet-only and aim to provide peace of mind to pets and their parents. Michael Benatar and Erin Mastopietro founded Dope Dog in July 2017. VerseBooks

VerseBooks, with a pre-money valuation of $10 million, is raising funds on TruCrowd. The platform is using blockchain technology to revolutionize the process of music creation. VerseBooks supports virtual collaborations by connecting producers, songwriters, artists, labels, and publishing rights organizations. Ryan Larry and Delence A. Sheares Sr. founded VerseBooks in October 2020. South Bend Brew Werks

The company creates and delivers healthy and nutritional meals, using ingredients that increase the bio-availability of nutrient uptake. The menu consists of salads and bowls, and the food is delivered in plastic-free compostable packaging. GO Buddha was founded by Chef Joshua Ingraham in 2019 and raised $23,000 through its previous raise on Honeycomb. The current round of crowdfunding has a minimum goal of $50,000 and a maximum goal of $200,000, and the funds will be used to scale up the footprint and implement self-serve and contactless kiosks. GO Buddha is entering the food market with excellent ideas and has been featured in Food Management magazine.

 

One Biosciences

The platform helps to manage schedules, gaps, and talent, all from one screen. Elizabeth Cooper and Dave McLean founded ShiftPosts in 2018. The current round of crowdfunding has a minimum target of $25,000 and a maximum target of $1,070,000, and the funds will be used towards software development, staff, and sales and marketing. ShiftPosts signed a contract with the largest Rx retailer in Canada in the first year of its operations. The company’s monthly revenue grew 60% from May to June 2020 and 80% from July to August 2020.

 

I Got It

Camp Delaware Brewing Company

Camp Delaware Brewing Company, an upcoming brewery in Ohio, is raising funds on Honeycomb. The brewery will brew and serve premium quality craft beer. It will also serve hard seltzers, local wine, iced tea, lemonade, soda, kombucha, coffee, and iced coffee. Camp Delaware Brewing Company is owned by Todd Tucky. Wow Wow Lemonade

Wow Wow Lemonade, a lemonade stand in Hawaii, is raising funds on Honeycomb. The stand sells hand-pressed lemonades, limeades, plantation teas, acai and pitaya bowls, and superfood smoothies. The raw material used for the offerings is organic and sourced locally. Noelani Maglinti founded Wow Wow Lemonade in 2018. The current crowdfunding campaign of the company has a minimum goal of $20,000 and a maximum goal of $50,000. The raise proceeds will be used to purchase cogs, lemons, mason jars, lids for jars, and for overhead, inventory, and payroll. Wow Wow Lemonade uses biodegradable packaging and has been ranked the number one lemonade stand in Hawaii.

 

ModVans

ModVans, with a pre-money valuation of $25.3 million, is raising crowdfunding on Wefunder. The company manufactures and sells multipurpose camping vehicles for work, play, and family.
