Radix Motion, with a valuation cap of $6 million, is raising crowdfunding on Wefunder. The company is redefining human communication by allowing people to connect in 3D even when they are apart. Meu, the prototype of Radix Motion, is the first social platform based on 3D human movement. During COVID-19, the platform allows users to send 3D messages, hugs, kisses to their friends, even if they don’t have VR. Radix Motion was founded by Sarah Hashkes and Matthew How and has raised over $100,000 since its founding. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding campaign, with a minimum target of $50,000 and a maximum target of $250,000, will be used to finish developing social network features, develop advanced features, and reach out to festivals, conferences, and influencers. The prototype of Radix Motion already has over 1,500 users. The company has experienced a 55% increase in the use of its 3D-enhanced virtual parties during COVID-19.
