Smart Soda, with a pre-money valuation of $10.7 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. The company offers vitamin-infused and flavored sparkling alkaline waters and sodas. The products of Smart Soda are made with organic cane sugar and are vegan, natural, kosher, rich in antioxidants, and gluten-free. Smart Soda is also pioneering into CBD-infused sodas. The company was founded by Julia Solooki and Lior Shafir and acquired Organic Soda Pops in the third quarter of 2019. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum goal of $10,000 and a maximum goal of $1,070,000, will be used to hire more salespeople, elevate the brand awareness, and enter into the ready-to-drink market. The Smart Soda machines are already installed in many places, including Holiday Inn, Allianz, and Bareburger.
