The company has a valuation cap of $5 million and specializes in creating top-quality, delicious, and interesting cocktails to modern customers. Wandering Barman combines its own mixing syrups and infusions with high-quality spirits to form the cocktails and bottles them to make them convenient to buy, sell, and consume. Wandering Barman was founded by Roxane Mollicchi, Darren Grenia, and Julian Mohamed in October 2016 and raised $50,000 in a SAFE offering in 2018. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum target of $25,000 and a maximum target of $500,000, and the proceeds will be used to expand nationally and move into a bigger space to sustain the growth in volume.
